US Congressman Schiff is Ranking Member (i.e. Democrat since it is a Republican Congress) of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. For those that don’t know, or who forgot during the chaotic uproar of the Trump administration, Schiff was the US Federal Prosecutor in the case of FBI Agent Richard Miller who sold out his country for his Russian (Soviet) lover. Remember that Putin was a KGB Agent in Germany for much of his life.

Note that apparently pro-Russian sources are circulating rumors that Adam Schiff is related to THE Schiff family – a wealthy banking family. Our research finds no evidence of wealth in his background. However, being a wealthy heir is not a crime per se and the wealthy have sometimes put their money behind good causes (e.g. Coca-cola and Murphy oil heirs supporting the US Civil Rights movement.) Although there is no evidence, the author of this blog believes they are probably distantly kin, but did not inherit the wealth, or were from another family branch, based strictly on Jacob Schiff bearing a family resemblance to Adam. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacob_Schiff In the past large families have caused some members of wealthy families to not be well-heeled.
