Former Russian Foreign Minister Doesn’t Believe Russia Would Use Nuclear Weapons; Believes Putin is Rational; Current Foreign Minister Lavrov: “We Don’t Have Insane People”.

However, Russia has taken control of the largest nuclear power station in Ukraine and Europe and can hold Ukraine, Europe and the world hostage in that way. Andrei V Kozyrev @andreivkozyrev was Foreign Minister of Russia from 1990 to 1996 and Member of the Russian State Duma till 2000.

The ultimate conclusion here is that the West should not agree to any unilateral concessions or limit its support of Ukraine too much for the fear of nuclear war.
