https://storms.ngs.noaa.gov/storms/harvey/index.html

ExxonMobil Beaumont clearly flaring and what looks like flooding – we didn’t get the date and the program was crashing – probably Sept. 2, 2017.

ExxonMobil Beaumont with flaring visible still and apparent flooding.

ExxonMobil flaring on Sept. 2, 2017 and what appears flooding
If this is flooding then it appears that Beaumont is another Arkema site that went under water. https://storms.ngs.noaa.gov/storms/harvey/index.html

The Beaumont Enterprise newspaper reported on Saturday afternoon “Exxon Mobil Beaumont refinery reports oil spill“, By Liz Teitz Updated 3:05 pm, Saturday, September 2, 2017. According to the article, ExxonMobil Beaumont refinery admitted that oil spilled from the refinery site onto the Gulf States Rd. between ExxonMobil and Arkema. As cited in the article, they are “monitoring a sheen“, according to their spokesperson, Ashley Alemayehu, who also said that the lower part of the refinery is flooding. Water has gone over the 10 ft levee. They say that they are trying to contain the spill and have sent out emergency response teams.

Apparently a sheen of oil floating on water…?
