Biden’s Sec. of State Tony Blinken’s family has endowed Omer Bartov as “Samuel Pisar Professor of Holocaust and Genocide Studies”, presumably as a “brain trust” advisor to Blinken. Pisar was a mentor, as well as step-father, to Tony Blinken. While no details can be found regarding Bartov’s funding, a similar fund at Harvard names “stepson Antony Blinken”, Blinken’s mother and Sam Pisar’s widow, Judith Pisar, half-sister Leah Pisar, as well as two step-sisters, as “family” providing the funds for the endowed professorship. Furthermore, Blinken has represented former Israeli PM Ehud Barak’s business interests. Barak has been trying to get rid of Israeli PM Netanyahu. Both Ehud Barak and Blinken’s step-father, Sam Pisar, are found in Jeffrey Epstein’s Little Black Book, as is Trump. Pisar appears to have been one of Jeffrey Epstein’s Paris based lawyers, and Ehud Barak had business and social connections to Epstein. Pisar was the lawyer and confidant to Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, Robert Maxwell.

While Pisar no longer shows up next to his name, Vanderbilt law should know his status. If he’s still funded by the Pisar family (including Tony Blinken) then they have at least two endowed professorships at Harvard, as well as the one at Brown University. They presumably form part of Tony Blinken’s “brain trust”, as a replacement for his stepfather. Everything that Blinken has written, thought, etc. appears to have come from Pisar. It is fair to say, based on available materials, that Tony Blinken is a creation of Samuel Pisar, who raised him in Paris from age 9.

On October 17, 2023, UCLA said the following: “Philippe Sands is professor of law at the University of London, the Samuel Pisar Visiting professor at Harvard Law School, and the author of East West Street. He held the role of president of English PEN for five years from February 2018 to April 2023, is a frequent commentator on CNN and the BBC World Service, and a litigator before international courts.
