The most frightening part of the case study, below, is that it reveals two generations of Hamas connected doctors having worked throughout the Irish and UK National Health Services (NHS). They were first trained in Egypt and obtained Irish residency and/or citizenship, giving access to other EU countries. Simple internet “open source” searches demonstrate family connections between Hamas and Shifa hospital (Gaza) doctor Ahmed El Mokhallalati. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have said that Shifa is a Hamas headquarters. Most professional journalists/news media have continually failed to vet their sources, whether through lazy ignorance or malice. When quoting this doctor, they have failed to remark his Hamas connections. Ahmed’s father is dead so there is detailed family information available in obituaries.

Ahmed El Mokhallalati’s father, Mofeed, was appointed as Gaza’s health minister by Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, who lives in Qatar. Ahmed spent seven years in Qatar working for Qatar’s Hamad Medical Corporation. Ahmed is an Irish citizen and Palestinian resident. His brother Omer (Omar) is an Irish citizen and UK resident. Ahmed is a plastic surgeon who was widely featured in mainstream media complaining about Israel and Shifa hospital incubator babies. Coincidence or not, Ahmed arrived in Gaza just in time for the run-up to the October 7th massacre. Starting in Feb. 2023, he became “Head of Plastic Surgery department, Al Shifa Medical complex, Gaza, Palestine”, which has absolutely nothing to do with neo-natal units for premature newborn babies. The incubator stories may have been inspired by 1990 Kuwaiti incubator testimony. Omar was born in 1990 and Ahmed in 1987. They were adults when their father died. While Arab-Palestinian culture is supposed to be patrilineal, it appears that the Hamas connection may come through Ahmed’s mother’s side. In the obituary of Ahmed’s father, Mofeed (Mufid), marriage into the Al-Khodari family is mentioned. This is the same name as the Hamas leader who was imprisoned in Saudi Arabia only to be recently released. However, there is also an Al-Khodari construction family in Saudi Arabia, which may or may not be related to the Hamas Al-Khodari. Al-Khodari construction was founded in 1966 and could have been founded by migrants from the area of Palestine or it could be totally unrelated. Even if related, this doesn’t mean that they are connected to Hamas. However, it is well-documented that Hamas’ representative in Saudi Arabia was named Al-Khodari and is in his mid 80s, so could easily be the grandfather of Ahmed El Mokhallalati. While the descendants of Irish tenants forced off the land have no right of return, the UK calls the Irish born El Mokhallalatis Irish “nationals”. Where is the right of return for the real “nationals”, the indigenous diaspora of Irish, British, Europeans, whose ancestors were frequently forced out against their will? A “nation” implies shared culture and ancestry. The El Mokhallatis are citizens not nationals of Ireland. They claim to be Palestinians. Why did Ireland cut off right of return of ethnic Irish in the mid 80s? Why do they prefer Arab terrorists to their own people? Ireland hasn’t had enough indigenous terrorism? There are far more Irish in the Americas than in Ireland. The same is true of Scots. Why are the Irish who moved to the UK and Irish Americans called “plastic paddies” by some of their Irish counterparts? The population of Ireland is still smaller than at the time of the Great Famine when so many were forced out – mostly going to the US and Canada. The Irish, the British, the Europeans are getting their just deserts, it appears, for turning their backs on their own people. They especially turn their backs on the American diaspora. Historically the Irish and Scots were busy fighting each other, which was their downfall. From other articles (see further below), it is clear that this is about the family of Ahmed El Mokhallalati, but the name is transliterated in various ways. El Mokhallalati appears the least common transliteration. Is this a British transliteration or an attempt to hide their identities? Hisham Saqalla wrote that Dr. Mufid Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Mhaklati was the brother of Adib Al-Muhaqlati. Saqalla says that since 1982, that he was friends with “his brother, the fighter Adib Al-Makhlati” and “that he is one of the cadres and leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic movement.”. And, that he “met him several times” while visiting his “brother Adib.” He calls Mufid’s brother Adib a “colleague and brother in the Fatah and Al-Shabab Movement”. While there are Saudi soccer teams with the names Fatah and Al-Shabab, it more likely means Fatah, part of the PLO, and Al-Shabab (Islamic terrorists). Dr. Mufid Al-Makhlati, was born in Gaza City in 1954 and graduated from medical school at the University of Cairo (Egypt) in 1981. He worked in the Maqassed Charitable Hospital in Jerusalem, then obtained an Irish fellowship in general surgery from the University of Dublin. He worked at the Faculty of Medicine at Abu Des University-Al-Azhar University in Gaza City until the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine at the Islamic University, which he founded and was its dean until he assumed the Ministry of Health in the government of Ismail Haniya (Hamas). The article states that “Dr. Mufid Al-Makhlati is married to the Al-Khodri family” and that one of his sons, Ahmed, is a doctor who graduated from Cairo University and was at that time “preparing for postgraduate studies”; his son Youssef is also a doctor, it notes, who was completing his graduate studies and specialization. Yet another son, Omar, was still “a student studying accounting in Ireland”. Then there is Mohammed who was “a university student in the city of Gaza”, Abdul Rahman who was “a student in the preparatory stage”. A daughter, Mariam was already “married and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering”. His mother is Umm Salah. Strangely, in 2007, Hisham Saqalla was listed as a journalist and blogger harassed by Hamas: “The Union of Palestinian Journalists on Tuesday condemned the raid on the home of union member Hisham Saqalla. In a statement the union accused what they called “Hamas executive militias” of carrying out the raid after a series of threats from the spokesperson of the deposed Palestinian prime minister, Isma’il Haniyeh. One more thing to worry about when going to the doctor – if the doctor or their student assistant is an Islamist and possibly a terrorist. This should be a concern not only for Jews, but for Christians and non-extremist Muslims. The father worked here and there all over Ireland – from Dublin to Kildare to Tralee, as well as in the UK!

The father’s CV says that he has “Good experience of management of trauma patients” since he “worked at Makassed Hospital-Jerusalem for six years during the Uprising-INTIFADA” and saw “a lot of Gun-Shot injuries”.

The First Minister of Scotland, of what is supposed to be the Scottish National Party, is a Pakistani apparently married to Palestinian. He’s also discussed in one of the Sky News articles. Neither the indigenous Scottish nor Irish have right of return. Who decided that the Irish born Irish, the Scottish born Scots, as well as members of the Irish and Scottish diaspora were to be replaced? While who is doing the replacement may be a “conspiracy theory”, replacement is a fact. The Irish diaspora had right of return from the mid 50s to mid 80s, but it wasn’t widely announced, if at all. The Scottish Nation assumes an ethnic and cultural group. That’s probably why we never hear the term nation-state anymore (and why nationalism is now considered “bad”). There are Pakistanis who promote Scottish culture, but he’s not one of them. And, they still aren’t ethnic Scots, so aren’t “nationals” in the narrowest sense of the word, though they make a positive contribution to Scotland.

And, by the way, Dr Ibrahim Assalia, mentioned in the article, is emphatically NOT a “Briton” or “British man”! He’s a British or UK citizen. Briton and British are an ethnic group who are indigenous to the British isles. There are many Britons and British people in the Americas who have do not have British citizenship and have no right of return to their indigenous homeland from which many were forced out at various times (e.g. English Civil War, Scottish Lowland and Highland Clearances). And, on the other hand, there are many non-British people with British citizenship. If they would use British citizen or resident, they also would avoid the controversial issue of gender, since citizen is gender-neutral.
