Of the six cruise missiles launched, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down two over Lviv region. Of the remaining missiles, three hit the traction power substations in Lviv region, one – in Zakarpattia. The blows were critical. As of now, there is a delay in the railway schedule.

Electric substations in Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions were also hit by cruise missiles”. https://www.ukrinform.net/rubric-ato/3474653-russias-missile-strikes-on-lviv-region-leave-250000-people-without-power.html

Apparently they really do mean Caspian Sea and not the Black Sea, as strange as it seems.
