UK Defence Intel Map update for 8 April 2022

Krasnosilka is slightly NNW of Odesa. As can be seen on this map, Odesa is approximately 125 miles from NATO-EU member Romania. Romania’s on the Black Sea, and Russia apparently wants to take control of the entire Black Sea. If Russia’s allowed to take control of the Black Sea, it may take a big war, like the Crimean War, to reopen the Black Sea to international trade. The Treaty of Paris (1856) ended the Crimean War between the Russian Empire and an alliance of the the Ottoman Empire (Turkey), Great Britain (UK), the Second French Empire (France) and the Kingdom of Sardinia (now part of Italy) and reopened the Black Sea to international trade by banning Russian warships. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Paris_(1856) The UK and allies won the Crimean War against Russia, which people may not know, if they only know the poem the Charge of the Light Brigade.

If you blindly believe anything that comes out of the mouth of Mr. Stasi-KGB-FSB Putin, or his administration, then you are the biggest idiot alive.
