The Fourth Industrial Revolution is part of the “Great Reset”. On October 13, 2021, “The Russian Federation and the World Economic Forum announced the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Russia…. Artificial Intelligence and IoT are key areas of focus for the new Centre… Russia will take a leading role in shaping the trajectory of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Today, leaders from the Russian Federation and the World Economic Forum announced the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Russia.”https://web.archive.org/web/20211013123941/https://www.weforum.org/press/2021/10/russia-joins-centre-for-the-fourth-industrial-revolution-network/ Putin is certainly “resetting” Ukraine, and even Russia in the most painful way possible. Is this what WEF had in mind?

Until a few days ago, Russia was one of the only countries with a representative on the board of the World Economic Forum, as well as being a “Strategic Partner”. This means that they were part of the agenda-setting throughout the pandemic, alongside Bill Gates. In 2021, Putin was pushing for more coronavirus vaccination and testing, especially in Africa, while speaking at WEF. Their Sputnik vaccine is exported around the world. Russian government owned Sberbank, VTB, and Sberbank CEO, Herman Gref, were only recently removed from the web site. It’s unclear if this is strictly due to Swiss sanctions or if Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum are really offended by their Russian pet’s barbaric attack against Ukraine. Putin’s been their pet since the 1990s. Ukraine, and even Russia, are being “reset” by Putin in the most barbaric way possible. If a pet dog loses its mind and starts attacking the owner’s children, it sometimes has to be shot. On a related note, by the time Biden’s “sanctions” against Sberbank kick in, at the end of March, there may not be anything left of Ukraine. We find no sanctions against Sberbank CEO Herman Gref, either.

The majority of the 100 “Strategic Partners” of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum (WEF) are non-government owned/controlled public or private companies. However, there are a few exceptions. Up until a few days ago, there are two Russian government owned and controlled banks: VTB Bank and Sberbank. The head of Sberbank is Russian Volga German Herman Gref, who serves on the WEF Board of Trustees, since at least 2016. He was Minister of Economics and Trade of Russia from May 2000-Sept. 2007, meaning that he was a Putin appointee. An additional Russian “Strategic Partner” is Lukoil, whose ownership remains unclear.

According to WEF web site, their “Strategic Partners” “work closely with the World Economic Forum to help shape industry, regional and global agendas”.
This means that the government of Russia had an unfair seat at the World Economic Forum strategy table, alongside Bill Gates. Non-governmental private and public multinational companies cannot be a surrogate for government representation. https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2022/02/25/some-world-economic-forum-strategic-partners-will-surprise-include-russian-government-owned-controlled-companies/

Moscow, Russia, 13 October 2021 – Russia will take a leading role in shaping the trajectory of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Today, leaders from the Russian Federation and the World Economic Forum announced the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Russia.
Part of the Forum’s global Network, the new Centre will bring together leading businesses, policy makers and members of civil society to co-design and pilot innovative approaches to technology governance.

Over the past five years, the World Economic Forum Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network has expanded to 15 countries. Project teams worked across public and private sectors to built new policies for drones and commercial aircraft to fly in the same airspace, government procurement of artificial intelligence and accelerated responsible blockchain deployment across the global supply chain.

The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Russia will be hosted by ANO Digital Economy in Moscow. It will work across the global network to maximize the benefits of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things, while minimizing its risks.

The President of the World Economic Forum, Børge Brende and the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Chernyshenko, on behalf of the Russian government signed the agreement today in Moscow.

“Rapid technological discovery is disrupting our economic and social systems. Coordinated, impact-orientated action is needed to manage this change,” says Børge Brende, President of the World Economic Forum. “The new Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Moscow will be an important part of the Forum’s global network. It is important we work across borders to shape a future that leaves no one behind.”

“Today, Russia is building digital economy actively in industrial and social spheres as well as in public administration,” said Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. “We are now witnessing an unprecedented breakthrough development. The main purpose of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Moscow is to grow awareness of Russia’s role as part of the global expert community. This is an opportunity to share experience and expertise gained by the World Economic Forum and its partners around the world.”

Chernyshenko continued, “There are plans of launching pilot projects on legal protocols, AI and IoT together with the Forum at the Centre. The first projects will be launched before the end of this year and will include self-driving cars, drones, medicine and data processing. Russia has been actively implementing AI technologies over the past few years. Today there are more than 800 such solutions and some of them are already visible on international markets. In general, cooperation with the Forum will be carried out in various areas such as data policy, smart cities, export support and promotion of Russian IT technologies to foreign markets.”

“We are glad to join the global network of Centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” said General Director of ANO “Digital economy” Evgeny Kovnir. “Our organization brings together leading Russian technology companies. We will work together with leaders from these companies and across the network to explore and implement the best international AI, IoT, and data policy solutions. We will bring Russia’s advancements in these areas to the global network and help to shape global progress in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

World Economic Forum 2021: Putin Promotes Coronavirus (Covid-19) Vaccination and Testing; Expanding it in Africa

At the 2021 World Economic Forum (WEF) Putin discussed knowing the Chair of the WEF, German Klaus Schwab, since the 1990s and attending WEF events. Putin has never hidden his friendship with Kissinger, either. Kissinger played an early role in WEF. The only question is who do Schwab, Kissinger and Putin serve? The first two were born in Germany and Putin served alongside the German Stasi.

In the following clip, Klaus Schwab discusses with Costa Rica’s President Quesada that Putin, Merkel, Tony Blair, Austrian former chancellor Kurz, the New Zealand Prime Minister were WEF young global leaders. https://www.bitchute.com/video/ycvtBhjrheTE

Text excerpt from the c-span video:
Mr. Schwab, dear Klaus, Colleagues,

I have been to Davos many times, attending the events organized by Mr. Schwab, even back in the 1990s. Klaus just recalled that we met in 1992. Indeed, during my time in St Petersburg, I visited this important forum many times. I would like to thank you for this opportunity today to convey my point of view to the expert community that gathers at this world-renowned platform thanks to the efforts of Mr. Schwab…

“At the same time there are certainly problems that concern every state without exception. One example is cooperation in studying and countering the coronavirus infection. As you know, several strains of this dangerous virus have emerged. The international community must create conditions for cooperation between scientists and other specialists to understand how and why coronavirus mutations occur, as well as the difference between the various strains.

Of course, we need to coordinate the efforts of the entire world, as the UN Secretary-General suggests and as we urged recently at the G20 summit. It is essential to join and coordinate the efforts of the world in countering the spread of the virus and making the much needed vaccines more accessible.

We need to help the countries that need support, including the African nations. I am referring to expanding the scale of testing and vaccinations.

We see that mass vaccination is accessible today, primarily to people in the developed countries. Meanwhile, millions of people in the world are deprived even of the hope for this protection. In practice, such inequality could create a common threat because this is well known and has been said many times that it will drag out the epidemic and uncontrolled hotbeds will continue. The epidemic has no borders.

There are no borders for infections or pandemics. Therefore, we must learn the lessons from the current situation and suggest measures aimed at improving the monitoring of the emergence of such diseases and the development of such cases in the world.

Another important area that requires coordination, in fact, the coordination of the efforts of the entire international community, is to preserve the climate and nature of our planet. I will not say anything new in this respecthttps://archive.ph/3BNLd
