At around 2 minutes and 28 seconds the border patrol agent talks about the need for the wall in strategic locations. However, he says that the wall won’t stop unaccompanied children and family units. The only way to stop the unaccompanied children and family units is by stopping the magnet of “catch and release”. With “catch and release” policies in place people find that it’s worth it to spend their savings to pay a smuggler, because once they make it to the United States they will be released into the United States.
