Under HR 5 (inaptly named the “Equality Act”), the concept of fraud is irrelevant, because the law explicitly allows any man for any reason to claim he is a woman based on his subjective and changeable gender feelings.

With Congress proposing to impose a national self-identification standard for “gender identity” that overrides sex in civil rights law, there will be no legal grounds on which prison officials can keep these men out of women’s facilities.
