The US Elections were November 3, 2020. Much of the contested voting equipment was by Dominion (i.e. all of Georgia). Three days later, on November 6th, AT&T named William “Bill” E. Kennard Chairman of its Board of Directors. https://archive.is/qqjBh Kennard is member of the operating Executive Board of Staple Street Capital, which acquired Dominion Voting Systems in July of 2018.

William E. Kennard is member of the board of directors of Ford Motor Company; non-executive chairman-cofounder of Velocitas Partners; member of the operating executive board of Staple Street Capital; MetLife; Duke Energy Co. He previously served as director of Sprint Corporation, FON Group (formerly Sprint Nextel Corporation), The New York Times Company; Dex Media, and other companies. He was US Ambassador to the EU under Obama (2009-2013). He was behind Obama’s Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. He was managing director of The Carlyle Group from 2001-2009. Under Clinton he was Chair of the FCC (1997-2001). See more here: https://archive.is/YSw5d

William E. Kennard joined the Carlyle group on May 14, 2001, months before 911: “Kennard was Managing Director of The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm with over $100 billion under management. Kennard joined The Carlyle Group in May 2001, where he led investments in the telecommunications and media sectors.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Kennard. “Carlyle’s 2001 investor conference took place on September 11, 2001. In the weeks following the meeting, it was reported that Shafiq bin Laden, a member of the Bin Laden family, had been the “guest of honor”, and that they were investors in Carlyle managed funds… The Bin Laden family liquidated its holdings in Carlyle’s funds in October 2001, just after the September 11 attacks, when the connection of their family name to the Carlyle Group’s name became impolitic”. Head of Staple Street is Hoota Yaghoobzadeh, an Iranian-American who is apparently ethnically Jewish, whose family allegedly fled Iran during the revolution. They were living in a town known for anti-Jewish pograms. Another Iranian-American, French born Pierre Omidyar, was involved with Zuckerberg’s election dark money funding op. Omidyar also funds The Intercept, which censored Glen Greenwald’s pre-election article on Hunter Biden. Anything coming out of “The Intercept” should be looked at askance. Zuckerberg’s wife, Pricilla Chan, is ethnic Chinese and it is alleged that her family were refugees from Vietnam.

Dominion was used in Antrim County, Michigan, and reportedly showed Biden beating Trump by 3,000 votes, when in fact Trump beat Biden by 2,500. This was caught simply because it was an anomaly for the traditionally Republican county to go Democrat. Thus, Biden’s win was reversed, and Trump won Antrim county. This event is a mini-model of what is believed to have occurred on a larger scale.

Texas rejected Dominion as not fit for use. According to the Texas Secretary of State’s Office in early 2020 (excerpt):
The following are the findings, based on written evidence submitted by the Vendor in support of its application for certification, oral evidence presented at the examination, and the findings of the voting system examiners as set out in their written reports. The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code. Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 of the Texas Election Code. Accordingly, based upon the foregoing, I hereby deny certification of Dominion Voting Systems’ Democracy Suite 5.5-A system for use in Texas elections. Signed under my hand and seal of office, this ~day of½ 2020. Small excerpt from Michigan contract with Dominion CONTRACT #071B7700117:
Method 2 – Dial-up and Cellular Modem transmission
The ImageCast Precinct tabulators can be deployed with remote transmission options to transfer encrypted results files from the precinct (if used as Election Day tabulators) or hub (if used as AVCBs) to the Elections Office. This can be done by landline modem, or by wireless cellular modem.

ImageCast Precinct: The ImageCast Precinct tabulators are equipped with internal dial-up modems, and can also transmit results via an external cellular modem.

Transmission of results via modem is a very intuitive process, involving minimal input from a poll worker. After the polls have been closed, the poll worker has the option to select “Results Transfer” from the Main menu. The results transfer settings, which contain precinct-specific network data pre-configured from the EMS System, will appear. To upload the results to the ImageCast Listener server, the poll worker presses “Start” within the Results Transfer option.

The modem must be plugged into the unit in order to begin results transmission. The intuitive user interface on the tabulator informs the poll worker of the status of the upload and when it is completed, as seen on the screenshots below.” https://www.michigan.gov/documents/localgov/7700117_555468_7.pdf

2005 FCC “Biography Of William E. Kennard

As chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission from November, 1997 to January, 2001, William E. Kennard presided over the FCC at an historic time. During his tenure, he shaped policies that created an explosion of new wireless phones, brought the Internet to a majority of American households, and resulted in billions of dollars of investment in new broadband technologies. At the same time, he implemented bold new policies to bridge the digital divide in the United States and around the world.

During his tenure, William E. Kennard fought to bring the benefits of a more competitive marketplace to all consumers. His procompetitive implementation of the historic Telecommunications Act of 1996 contributed to the development of a competitive local telephone industry in the United States which has attracted over $50 billion in revenues since 1996. He also shaped the outcome of the most significant communications mergers in history, such as AOL-Time Warner, Worldcom-MCI, CBS-Viacom, Verizon-GTE and SBC-Ameritech.

As FCC chairman, Kennard promoted the benefits of competition and deregulation worldwide. He pioneered an innovative Development Initiative to assist countries in the developing world to participate more fully in the global information infrastructure. Through this initiative, Kennard signed the first partnership agreements on behalf of the FCC with ten countries on four continents to share U.S. regulatory experience with emerging regulatory authorities.

Kennard is well-known for his advocacy for people at risk of being stranded on the wrong side of the digital divide. He aggressively implemented the FCC’s e-rate program by investing over $6 billion to bring the Internet to 95% of K-12 schools and 58,000 libraries in the United States. During his tenure, the FCC dramatically expanded access to communications technologies for people with disabilities. The FCC adopted policies to increase telephone service to rural areas, especially for Native Americans living on tribal lands. Kennard also reached out to create more ownership and employment opportunities for women and minorities.

U.S. News and World Report dubbed Kennard a “consumer champion for the digital age.” He has received many honors and awards for his accomplishments as chairman, including awards from the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, the Easter Seals Foundation, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and honorary degrees from Howard University, Long Island University and Gallaudet University.

William Kennard is currently a Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Communications and Society Program, in Washington, D.C. The Aspen Institute is a non-profit organization which convenes seminars and policy programs to address the foremost challenges of the new century. Please contact your members of Congress and let them know that you want them to stand with US Congressman Mo Brooks against the election fraud, and to oppose the slates of electors for states with voting irregularites on January 6, 2021. A minimum of one US Representative and one US Senator is needed, but the more the better. The US House vote is by state delegation, not by member, with one vote per state delegation. How to contact your members of Congress:
https://www.usa.gov/elected-officials/

Mo Brooks has stated that “on January 6, 2021, provided the required one senator joins me, I will object to and vote to reject electoral college submissions of Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania and all other states whose election systems are so badly flawed as to render their vote submissions unreliable, untrustworthy, and unworthy of acceptance.” https://brooks.house.gov/media-center/news-releases/congressman-mo-brooks-floor-speech-quotes-democrat-election-theft-expert
