Block HR1044-S386 in the US Congress and if Necessary Trump Must Veto HR1044-S386 in whatever form it takes! It’s basically an amnesty because H1Bs are supposed to be temporary and they know that there are caps to maintain immigration diversity but have chosen to stay in the USA.

There may be an attempt to sneak HR 1044-S386 onto the US Congressional appropriations bill, or another essential bill. Remember that this green card giveaway makes the recipients permanent residents and they can quickly become US citizens. Don’t be fooled – it’s not over yet. Remember that permanent means permanent – forever and ever, excepting some types of proven crimes. Unless extended family joining is outlawed, one immigrant can continue to bring in another until the surplus 1 billion people in India take over the United States. It makes zero sense that the United States was taken from American Indians only to be handed over to India (or any other country) to the detriment of American citizens. Most of the USA was still American Indian land less than 200 years ago.

The Senate version S386 was sponsored by Mike Lee and Kamala Harris. It was recently sneaked through with no debate. The House-Senate bill HR 1044-S386 rewards those who stole American jobs, sometimes with fake credentials, by giving them green cards. It also permanently decreases diversity by favoring permanent immigration from India through giving most work related green cards, for over a decade, to India and doubling family joining from India, as well as some other high immigration countries (e.g. Mexico) to the detriment of immmigrants from other countries, as well as to the detriment of the United States.

If the US is going to continue to bring in H1Bs and then reward them with green cards then all US universities need to be shut down. There is no point in them if educated Americans can’t get jobs. Note that the best university in India ranks below a sort of average state university in the United States and some immigrants have fake credentials. University jobs are going to foreigners because there are no H1B caps, so it’s simply a way to get a green card. H1B visas are worse than Mao’s cultural revolution. America has handed over its ideological control (cultural hegemony) to foreigners for decades. Some hate the United States and teach things which are against American values. Mao sent the intellectuals to work in the countryside, but there’s no countryside where intellectuals can go work in the USA, because those jobs are for foreigners too.

Why did the United States import John Kenneth Galbraith from Canada, who then gave away much of our IT sector to India? He was a student of animal husbandry (farm animals), which were a dime a dozen in the USA because of the land grant agricultural and mechanical colleges (now universities), which existed since the 1800s. The amended form of this bill was sneaked through the Senate back to the House but must come back to the Senate and be approved in a very short time-frame.

H1Bs who want green cards need to be sent home to wait and stop harrying Americans full time.

Better, they should be denied green cards. Enough! They have destroyed our lives and livelihoods for 30 years! Because of H1B many responsible Americans couldn’t afford kids. Stealing people’s jobs is genocide. This is 30 plus years of American genocide. It really started with the H visas in the 50s and 60s so it’s destroyed American lives and livelihoods for over 50 years. US states have had land-grant universities since the 1800s so why are we importing foreign academics or STEM workers?
