If Trump wins, it will be because of the border policy of the Biden Administration and not Biden’s debate performance per se. Unfortunately, Trump is right that the quasi open border policy of the Biden Administration will be devastating for poor working class Americans, regardless of ethnicity, from the point of view of employment, and the middle classes from the point of view of taxation.

However, Trump has promised to give the Republican Hindu coalition whatever they want, which includes giving most permanent residency “green cards” to people from India, who then can bring in an endless chain of elderly and impoverished relatives through family joining-chain migration. While we shouldn’t have to pick either, we are culturally closer to Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa, than to majority Hindu India.***

On a lighter note, US President Biden said that Trump was “whiney” with the “morals of an alley cat”. The more Trump was challenged or insulted during the debate, the more he lost his cool and started to repeat the same things. Insults appeared to make Biden more alert.

And, which do you prefer as President? Someone who is slow and thoughtful or someone who makes things up as they go along and repeats the same thing, rather than answer the question?

Those in “swing states” had better start praying now that they make the right decision in November and those in non-swing states and the rest of the world had better start praying for them, as well. Those in swing states need to choose carefully.

US Senator John Fetterman is of Pennsylvania Dutch ancestry, German speakers who arrived in Pennsylvania in the 1700s:

I refuse to join the Democratic vultures on Biden’s shoulder after the debate.

No one knows more than me that a rough debate is not the sum total of the person and their record.” 8:00 AM June 28, 2024 https://x.com/JohnFetterman/status/1806658909052055762
John Fetterman @JohnFetterman
Morning-after thermonuclear beat downs from my race from the debate and polling geniuses like 538 predicted I’d lose by 2.

And what happened?

The only seat to flip and won by a historic margin (+5).

Chill the fuck out”. 8:00 AM · Jun 28, 2024 https://x.com/JohnFetterman/status/1806658911119831457

*** Removing per country cap for green cards has been portrayed as “first come, first served” for permanent residency “green cards”. However, the current policy of per country caps tries to maintain diversity in who receives permanent residency/green cards, and ultimately who becomes a US Citizen. Without this policy of diversity, the United States would become majority Hindu and Chinese, because India and China have the largest world populations. What will happen, of course, is that would be immigrants from other countries will complain, more green cards will be handed out, and the overall number of immigrants will increase. Immigration is already socially and environmentally unsustainable. It is out of control. The United States doesn’t need any immigration at all. The US had universities prior to becoming a country and has had public universities in each state from the 1800s. Immigration should be reserved for true asylum seekers and not people who fear general violence or familial violence. True foreign talent, that can’t be found in the USA, is so rare that they could immigrate through an individual act of Congress.

US Civil Rights leader A. Philip Randolph said regarding the earlier post Civil War immigration wave: “We favor shutting out the Germans from Germany, the Italians from Italy, the Hindus from India, the Chinese from China, and even the Blacks from the West Indies. This country is suffering from immigrant indigestion. It is time to call a halt on this grand rush for American gold, which over-floods the labor market, resulting in lowering the standard of living, race-riots, and general social degradation. The excessive immigration is against the interests of the masses of all races and nationalities in the country — both foreign and native”. — A. Philip Randolph (1924) https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2021/02/15/immigration-restrictions-helped-lead-to-dr-martin-luther-king-us-civil-rights-success/

As this blog has previously pointed out: “The biggest overall winner on removing the country cap and doubling family based caps is India. They have the biggest backlog in employment based green cards and one of the biggest family joining backlogs. Thus, immigrants from India benefit from both removal of per country caps for employment based green cards and the more than doubling of per country caps from 7% to 15% for family joining green cards. Due to the removal of country caps for employment based green cards they will dominate family joining over time. However, the biggest immediate winner for family joining will apparently be Mexico. Nonetheless, since family joining would still be capped at 15% the biggest winners will likely be the top five in each family joining class, and include Mexico, India and China. Depending on the Family joining category, winners include the Dominican Republic, Haiti, El Salvador, and Cuba.  The Philippines (part of the US for 50 years) and Vietnam are big winners in family joining.” https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2019/09/26/s386-to-increase-family-joining-migration-from-mexico-india-china-others-by-more-than-doubling-per-country-family-joining-cap/ The countries themselves benefit due to remittances, as well as relieving themselves of responsibility for their out of control populations by dumping the burden upon us: https://www.statista.com/chart/20166/top-10-remittance-receiving-countries
