Hamas is an Islamic terrorist group. Palestine didn’t become Muslim or Arab until over six hundred years after Jesus. The name Palestine pre-dates the Muslim conquest: “The siege of Jerusalem (636–637) was part of the Muslim conquest of the Levant…https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Jerusalem_(636–637) Thus, the Muslims and Arabs (by definition from Arabia) are very late arrivals, which dismantles “Palestinian” claims of Israeli settlers-occupation: “The earliest known reference to “Israel” as a people or tribal confederation (see Israelites) is in the Merneptah Stele, an inscription from ancient Egypt that dates to about 1208 BCE, but the people group may be older.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_ancient_Israel_and_Judah Not only Jews, but Christians pre-date Islam in Palestine. Arabia has a lot more space than does Israel-Palestine. Islam’s holiest sites, Mecca and Medina, are in Saudi Arabia. The holiest sites in Judaism and Christianity are in Israel.

STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM OF FLORIDA
MEMORANDUM
TO: SUS Presidents
FROM: Chancellor Ray Rodrigues
DATE: October 24, 2023

RE: Deactivation of National Students for Justice in Palestine

During a holy Jewish holiday, the recognized terrorist organization, Hamas, launched an unprovoked attack on Israel—among those killed were babies, women, and elderly. To date, approximately 1,400 Israelisi have been killed, including 31 American citizens.ii

Governor DeSantis, our State University System and the Florida College System have condemned these attacks.

Hamas is responsible for this attack and claims it as “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.”iii In the wake of this terror, military leaders of Hamas have called for the mobilization of Palestinians in support of the Operation.iv

In response, and leading up to a “Day of Resistance,” the National Students for Justice in Palestine (National SJP) released a “toolkit” which refers to Operation Al-Aqsa Flood as “the resistance” and unequivocally states: “Palestinian students in exile are PART of this movement, not in solidarity with this movement.”v

It is a felony under Florida law to “knowingly provide material support . . . to a designated foreign terrorist organization. . .” § 775.33(3), Fla. Stat. (2019). Here, National SJP has affirmatively identified it is part of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood—a terrorist led attack.

The State University System of Florida has at least two institutions with active National SJP Chapters.

These chapters exist under the headship of the National Students for Justice in Palestine, who distributed a toolkit identifying themselves as part of the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.

Based on the National SJP’s support of terrorism, in consultation with Governor DeSantis, the student chapters must be deactivated. These two student chapters may form another organization that complies with Florida state statutes and university policies. The two institutions should grant these two chapters a waiver for the fall deadlines, should reapplication take place.

Promoting excellent educational quality while providing a safe environment for all students is paramount.

The State University System will continue working with the Executive Office of the Governor and SUS’s Board of Governors to ensure we are all using all tools at our disposal to crack down on campus demonstrations that delve beyond protected First Amendment speech into harmful support for terrorist groups. These measures could include necessary adverse employment actions and suspensions for school officials.

Recall that HAMAS is the acronym for Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya which means Islamic Resistance Movement. So, “Resistance Toolkit” in this context may mean Hamas Toolkit.

According to the “National Students for Justice in Palestine” “Resistance Toolkit” document:
Palestine will be liberated from the river to the sea… As the diaspora-based student movement for Palestine liberation, our responsibility is to not only support, but struggle alongside our people back home…
We as Palestinian students in exile are PART of this movement, not in solidarity with this movement. ◆ This is a moment of mobilization for all Palestinians. We must act as part of this movement. All of our efforts continue the work and resistance of Palestinians on the ground…

They also state that “no settler colony can hold out forever”, after having called the US and Canada “occupied Turtle Island (so-called US and Canada)”. https://first-heritage-foundation.s3.amazonaws.com/live_files/2023/10/DAY-OF-RESISTANCE-TOOLKIT.pdf So, guess who’s probably in their sights next! The US and Canada. This group sounds like it may be a terrorist sleeper cell, considering the state of the world. They identify themselves as part of the Palestinian diaspora, i.e. expatriates who were allowed to move to the US and Canada. It appears that Israel intends to eliminate the Hamas settler colony in Gaza.

Palestine didn’t become Muslim or Arab until six hundred years after Jesus. The name Palestine pre-dates the Muslim conquest. Thus, the “settlers” are actually the Muslims and Arabs (by definition from Arabia), and not the Jews: “The siege of Jerusalem (636–637) was part of the Muslim conquest of the Levant…https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Jerusalem_(636–637)
And, if we are going down that road, then why is the First Minister of Scotland a Muslim Pakistani with in-laws in Gaza, whereas there are more Scots in the diaspora, subsequent to the highland and lowland clearances, than within Scotland? Where is the right of return for the Scottish people? He’s part of the Scottish Nationalist Party and was pushed forward (appointed junior minister)by Alex Salmond. Salmond went on to work for Russian State owned RT news, exposing himself as a fraud. While some Pakistani Scots appreciate Scottish culture more than ethnic Scots, First Minister Humza Yousaf has accused ethnic Scots of racism. Additionally, Scotland is historically Christian, not Muslim.

Some earlier sieges led to the original scatterings of the Jewish people (Jewish diaspora).
