There appears to be intentional or unintentional foot-dragging by some Ukrainian “allies”, who promise help, but are slow to deliver. Words are cheap. Too late is too late. False promises are dangerous. The war has apparently been an artillery battle and so there are even shortages of ammunition. Russia is using 10 times more artillery shells than Ukraine, but Ukraine is still short of artillery shells.

Many people need to look at maps. If Ukraine falls to Russia, there are multiple paths of Russian invasion of the EU/NATO. Apart from Poland and the Baltic states, they could roll from Ukraine through Hungary, whose PM appears to love Putin, through non-NATO Austria, non-NATO Switzerland to wussy France, where politicians range from quasi-appeasers (Macron) to down-right Putin lovers (Melechon (NUPES – LFI, CP) and Le Pen (RN).

Scholz faces Ukraine shame as Germany FAILS to deliver on weapon promises OLAF SCHOLZ has been under pressure to send weapons to Ukraine since the start of the war on February 24, and fresh reports of failed promises on arms supply are set to spark anger across the political spectrum”. Quote: “Today we have about 10 % of what Ukraine has stated is necessary.”

Details: Hanna Maliar noted that Ukraine uses up 5-6 thousand artillery shells in a day, while Russia uses 10 times more.

“Ukraine is using all its forces and power to resist Russia today. Russia has considerably larger armament capabilities and a larger number of servicemen. Thus, no matter how much effort Ukraine makes, no matter how professional our army is, we will not be able to win this war without our partners’ help,” she said.

According to Hanna Maliar, it is necessary to determine clear deadlines for the delivery of military aid.

We expect that not only will our Western partners agree to help, as they are doing now, but also that a clear time frame will be established, that it will be set in the near future, and that this will be exactly the help Ukraine needs,” said the Deputy Minister.” ©2000-2022, Ukrayinska Pravda.
