The US Senate has already done a report, disclosed evidence and apparently has more to disclose, regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings. There’s apparently a Federal probe, as well. So, there’s no good reason for Trump to ask Putin to further muddy America’s political waters with what could be disinformation. If Trump’s comment was a joke, it wasn’t a funny joke. Regarding the former Mayor of Moscow’s wife and Hunter Biden he stated: “She gave him $3.5 million so now I would think Putin would know the answer to that. I think he should release it… I think we should know that answer.https://web.archive.org/web/20220330003939/https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/all-things-trump/trump-calls-putin-release-info-hunter-bidens-dealings-oligarchs Clip: https://rumble.com/vyvx4o-donald-trump-interview-with-just-the-news..html On the other hand, he points out that by saying that he wouldn’t defend NATO countries if they didn’t pay up, that he saved NATO by bringing in a lot of money to them (see ca 17 minutes at the link, below). However, Germany remained delinquent. He also suggests that NATO should deal with China in the Pacific.

Apart from the timing, to better understand why what Trump said is a problem, people need to read Satter’s 2017 article about the Steele dossier. The article explains that Putin supported neither Trump nor Clinton. The real Putin-Kremlin agenda is confusion and division: “The ‘Trump Report’ Is a Russian Provocation” By David Satter, January 12, 2017 “It is part of Russia’s strategy to disrupt U.S. politics and institutions for years to come”. Read the entire article here: https://web.archive.org/web/20220314111901/https://www.nationalreview.com/2017/01/russia-donald-trump-intelligence-report-christopher-steele-russian-propaganda-disrupt/

Trump’s not the only potential Republican candidate who can win in 2024. There is, for instance, Ron DeSantis.

The interview is 27 minutes and should be listened to in its entirety before coming to conclusions: “EXCLUSIVE: John and Amanda sit down with Fmr. President Donald Trump”, Just The News Published March 29, 2022 https://rumble.com/vyyofd-exclusive-john-and-amanda-sit-down-with-fmr.-president-donald-trump.html

Trump talks about Russia Ukraine starting at 7 min 34 sec.

Trump says that spoke to Putin about a lot things, including Ukraine, because he knew that Putin wanted it: “But, he knew that he could not do it, not with me.”

On the other hand, Trump and the interviewers state that everyone says Russia Russia and never China. The opposite is true, because of the “Russia-gate”, apparent hoax, almost everyone’s been saying China, China, and fail(ed) to note that Russia and China could be working together, especially as both are in the Shanghai Cooperation Org (SCO). Plus, it wasn’t China that has so gruesomely invaded Ukraine, though Russia may have done it on their behalf. China’s ways have been much more subtle.

A US Senate Committee investigation indicates that Hunter did business with pro-Russian people within Ukraine, as well as with Chinese. In fact, a US Senate report, spear-headed by US Senators Grassley and Johnson, connects the two. Regarding one of Hunter Biden’s business associates: “As detailed in the Committees’ September 23, 2020 report, Hunter Biden’s business partner, Ye Jianming, had established ties to the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese military, the People’s Liberation Army.14 So, too, did Gongwen Dong, in light of his relationship with Ye. In 2017, Ye was actively working to build CEFC by making investments around the world. According to news reports, Ye actually “appeared to be China[‘]s unofficial energy envoy, meeting presidents across the globe and even becoming an adviser to a European government.”15 According to open source reporting, these efforts involved cultivating ties with Russia and actors connected to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Committees’ September 23, 2020, report illustrated several financial links between Hunter Biden, his business associates and Russian interests.16 In 2017, during the time that Ye’s companies were sending millions of dollars to Hunter Biden associated companies, Ye had business dealings with Kremlin-controlled companies and Kremlin-aligned businessmen. In effect, Ye appears to have been China’s unofficial bridge to Russia on energy.17

Notes on Hunter Biden’s Connections to China & Russian Actors Connected to Putin, Along with Ecology Minister/National Security & Defence Council Member Under Pro-Russian Ukrainian President Yanukovych (Burisma-Zlochevsky)

In the interview, Trump makes the little heard point that countries are probably emptying their prisons into the United States via Biden’s open border policy. Historically Cuba did this with the Mariel boat lift. And, apparently the USSR did it as well.

At 14.10 minutes Trump asks why the Mayor of Moscow’s wife gave the Bidens $3.5 million. It appears that the former Mayor of Moscow’s wife gave Hunter Biden’s company this amount. There was apparently an additional $391,968, as well. See pp. 69-70 of the Grassley-Johnson US Senate report: https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/HSGAC_Finance_Report_FINAL.pdf

Trump says “as long as Putin’s not exactly a fan of our country, let him explain – because Chris Wallace wouldn’t let me ask the question – let him explain why did the Mayor of Moscow’s wife give the Bidens, both of them, three and a half million dollars. That’s a lot of money. Now I would think that Putin would know the answer to that”, Trump opines. “I think he should release it. I think we should know that answer”.

Then Trump says “Now you won’t get the answer from Ukraine” (apparently referring to Burisma).

In 2016 Trump might not have known better, when he asked Russia to release Hillary’s missing emails, but by now there are no excuses. What he’s saying makes no sense.

Ukraine is well placed to give information about the pro-Russian co-founder of Burisma, unless information has been destroyed in the war.

Ukraine has had six presidents since 1999. Russia has had Putin, unless you count his side-kick Medevev as a separate President. And, when Medevev was President, Putin was Prime Minister.

Trump is implicitly claiming that Putin’s to be trusted and the democratically elected President of Ukraine not.

If he believes anything that Putin releases, then Trump’s beyond hope.

If this is a joke, as he claimed regarding his 2016 comment, it’s not a funny one at all.

The timing is simply awful for multiple reasons. Not only is there Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, but the January 6th committee is ongoing, and some January 6th participants are on trial. Then Trump begs for Putin’s interference????? Again?

And, if Putin releases anything it will simply cause chaos, since some will believe it and others will believe that it’s, by definition, Russian disinformation. Why not simply point to the US Senate investigation and the Federal investigation?

Trump asks: “why would they give someone who knows nothing about energy $187,000 a month. Plus a $3 million up front payment. And, I won’t even talk about China because they haven’t even gone into China yet, that’s next. But, why did the Mayor of Moscow’s wife give the Biden family $3.5 million dollars. No one wants to ask the question… ” A US Senate Committee has been investigating the matter and released a report and supplements.

There’s no good reason to ask Putin to further muddy America’s political waters. The US Senate has already disclosed a lot of evidence and apparently has more to disclose:
According to records on file with the Committees, on February 23, 2017, and March 1, 2017, a Shanghai-based company called State Energy HK Limited sent two wires, each in the amount of $3,000,000, to a bank account for Robinson Walker LLC.10 The records note that “[i]t is unclear what the true purpose is behind these transactions and who the ultimate beneficiary is.”11

These transactions are a direct link between Walker and the communist Chinese government and, because of his close association with Hunter Biden, yet another tie between Hunter Biden’s financial arrangements and the communist Chinese government. At the time of the transfers, State Energy HK Limited was affiliated with CEFC China Energy, which was under the leadership of Ye Jianming.12 In the past, State Energy HK Limited transferred funds to at least one company associated with Hunter Biden’s business associate, Gongwen Dong.13 As detailed in the Committees’ September 23, 2020 report, Hunter Biden’s business partner, Ye Jianming, had established ties to the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese military, the People’s Liberation Army.14 So, too, did Gongwen Dong, in light of his relationship with Ye.

In 2017, Ye was actively working to build CEFC by making investments around the world. According to news reports, Ye actually “appeared to be China[‘]s unofficial energy envoy, meeting presidents across the globe and even becoming an adviser to a European government.”15

According to open source reporting, these efforts involved cultivating ties with Russia and actors connected to Russian President Vladimir Putin. In effect, Ye appears to have been China’s unofficial bridge to Russia on energy.17 As noted in the Committees’ September 23, 2020 report, in September 2017, CEFC announced its intention to purchase a 14.2 percent stake in the Russian state-owned energy company, Rosneft, for approximately $9 billion.18 CEFC subsequently agreed to a reported 5 billion euro loan deal with Russian state-owned VTB Bank to finance the purchase.19 The 14.2 percent stake would have come from the 19.5 percent stake in Rosneft previously purchased by a consortium of Glencore (a Swiss mining company) and the Qatar Investment Authority (the sovereign wealth fund of the Qatari government).20 According to one report, the fact that VTB agreed to loan CEFC money to assist in financing the purchase showed the links between Beijing and Moscow:

Though the state-private distinction is incredibly blurry and often irrelevant in both Russia and China, [Igor] Sechin and his own network benefited from Ye’s assumed connections to China’s military-intelligence structures. That CEFC expected to raise $5.1 billion in short-term loans from Russia’s VTB – a funding vehicle for projects the Kremlin prioritizes – evidenced substantial support in Moscow.21

Hunter Biden was in close contact with Ye in 2017 and was aware of these developments. In an October 2017 message exchange produced to the Committees by Bobulinski, Hunter Biden told Bobulinski that although he “stayed out of that Russian mess,” he “discussed the Roseneft [sic] deal” with Ye personally and was familiar with the deal, including the fact that Ye was “pissed off…by the execution[.]”22 In the same exchange, Biden explained that he spoke to Ye on a “regular basis,” they have a “standing once a week call,” was the “first guest in his new apartment,” “he cooked me lunch himself and we ate in the kitchen together,” and was helping Ye “on a number of his personal issues (staff visas and some more sensitive things).”23 https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/2020-11-18%20HSGAC%20-%20Finance%20Joint%20Report%20Supplemental.pdf

Mo Brooks has been re-elected to Congress four times, every time with a reelection vote exceeding 60%.https://brooks.house.gov/about-me
Because Congressman Brooks made a mistake – or his statement was taken out of context- and said that people need to move on from 2020, Trump is apparently trying to sink him. Brooks has been a victim of election fraud, so it’s doubtful that he stepped back from correcting the matter of election fraud. Brooks may, or may not, be the best candidate for Alabama, but that’s for Alabama to decide, not Trump.

Trump’s not the only Republican candidate who can win in 2024:
