Putin really had it all planned. He waited until Russia has the presidency of the UN Security Council – the month of February 2022. Nonetheless, there are some good speeches, for instance from Kenya. Kenya’s UN Ambassador Martin Kimani spoke of the issues of borders, ethnicity, and imperialism. Albania’s Ambassador to the United Nations Ferit Hoxha spoke of the dangers of the Russian model of instrumentalising ethnic minorities. The German Ambassador spoke with the lack of enthusiasm that reflects Germany’s response.

Note to Putin lovers: See Putin remarks at the World Economic Forum (WEF) where he discusses being connected to Klaus Schwab since the 1990s: https://www.c-span.org/video/?508286-101/russian-president-vladimir-putins-remarks-world-economic-forum Putin doesn’t hide his friendship with Kissinger, either. If you support Putin, you are supporting WEF.

The presidency of the United Nations Security Council is responsible for leading the United Nations Security Council. It rotates among the 15 member-states of the council monthly. The head of the country’s delegation is known as the President of the United Nations Security Council. The presidency has rotated every month since its establishment in 1946,[1] and the president serves to coordinate actions of the council, decide policy disputes, and sometimes functions as a diplomat or intermediary between conflicting groups.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidency_of_the_United_Nations_Security_Council#Later_function

“I am simply demanding that the oppression of three and a half million Germans in Czechoslovakia cease and that the inalienable right to self-determination take its place.”
— Adolf Hitler’s speech at the NSDAP Congress 1938

…. As the tepid reaction to the German Anschluss with Austria had shown, the governments of France, the United Kingdom and Czechoslovakia were set on avoiding war at any cost. The French government did not wish to face Germany alone and took its lead from the British government, led by UK Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain. He contended that Sudeten German grievances were justified and believed that Hitler’s intentions were limited. That made Britain and France advise Czechoslovakia to concede to the German demands
