Russia is 14% Muslim; Predicted to be 30% Muslim by ca 2034; Ethnic Russians-Christians Predicted to be (Almost) Non-Existent by 2050 according to the Chair of the Orthodox Christian Commission on the Family.

Numerically, Russia has approximately 3 times more Muslims than France, 5 times more Muslims than Great Britain (England-Scotland-Wales) and 7 times more Muslims than the United States. These Muslims aren’t ethnic Russians, either. Russia will be ethnic Chechen, Ingush, and Arab. That is, of course, unless China takes over the land. There will probably be Muslims from the Indian subcontinent, too, though that’s not mentioned.

Russia is far more Muslim than France or Great Britain or Ukraine or the USA, and is quickly becoming a majority Muslim country. Russia is around 14% Muslim; France is 9% Muslim, Great Britain is 5% Muslim, and the US less than 1% Muslim. Ukraine was around 1% Muslim prior to Russia taking Crimea, but is now apparently less than 1% Muslim.

Someone, probably Russia, continues to circulate propaganda leading Americans and Europeans to believe that Russia is a bastion of Christianity and going to be the last Christian country. Nothing could be further from the truth. We are tired of hearing people repeat this propaganda-lie.

So, lovers of Putin and Russia go have fun in your fantasy Christian wonderland, that’s soon to be entirely Muslim. LOL. Many American Christians wouldn’t like Orthodox Christianity, anyway. But, some don’t want facts to get in the way of their fantasies. Many people need to learn what Dorothy learned in the Wizard of Oz “There’s no place like home”. And, in the words of Erma Bombeck: “The grass is always greener over the septic tank”.

Both the Russian Orthodox chairman of the Patriarchal Commission on Family, Protection of Motherhood and Childhood, Dimitri Smirnov, and the head of the Council of Muftis of Russia, Ravil Gainutdin, agreed in 2019 that in 15 years 30% of the inhabitants of Russia will be Muslims. Smirnov told the “Moscow speaks” radio station that Muslims are giving birth to more children – not [ethnic] Tatars, but [ethnic] Caucasians. The Chechens have eight children each as do the Ingush. Russians will run out [be no more] by 2050. Other peoples will live in Russia: Chechens, Ingush, Arabs. When a reporter asked if the situation could be reversed, he replied that “It’s already too late”.

An estimated 2.45 million Muslims live in the United States or around 0.6% of the US population (2017). France has an estimated 5.7 million Muslims or 8.8% of the population (2016). England-Scotland-Wales (GB) have 3.37 million Muslims (2018) or 5% of the population.

In contrast, there are between 14 million and 20 million Muslims in Russia, or 10-14% of Russia’s total population (2017 or 18). Since Russia’s Muslim majority regions have the highest birth rates in Russia, Russia’s Muslim population is predicted to be 30% by ca 2034, by the Chairman of the Council of Muftis. He says that dozens of new mosques will be required in Russia’s largest cities. An official of the Russian Orthodox church, Archpriest Dmitry Smirnov, agrees and furthermore predicts that “there won’t be any Russians left in 2050…It’s too late” to reverse the demographic trends.

The dirty little secret that no one talks about is that whoever has the most children-offspring “wins”, especially in democracy. Pure democracy makes the minority victim of the whims of the majority.

The English Civil War was fought, in part, over order of worship, the Book of Common Prayer, and altar rails, i.e. over how similar the Church of England, Ireland, and Scotland should be to Roman Catholicism. Most American Christians would not feel at home in Orthodox Christianity. While Russia is an estimated 67% Christian, Ukraine is approximatley 88% Christian, and the Christianity appears more diverse. Approximately 70% of Americans are Christians. If you want to support Christianity in the Russian-Ukraine conflict, then you should be on the side of Ukraine. However, allowing Russia to keep Crimea and the Donbas apparently will make Russia more Muslim and Ukraine less Muslim.

Christians should be standing up for Romania and Poland against Russian encroachment, as well.

It is important to note that many Muslims do NOT want to live in a society characterized by Sharia law, but rather a secular society, just as many Christians want separation of Church and State. That being said, many recent Muslim terrorists have come from Russia. Nonetheless, those who want to live in a society which separates religion and politics have more in commons with each other, regardless of their religion, than with those who want to integrate religion and politics.
