Don’t quit your job, if you are a civilian. Let them fire you, unless you don’t need unemployment and hate your job. Don’t allow yourself to be bullied over the still experimental vaccine – either way. It’s your life. Vaccine mandates with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) vaccines: Moderna, BioNTech-Pfizer and Jansen-J&J are illegal. In the US and Canada Pfizer-BioNTech will be using vaccines expired for 3 months (which is apparently also illegal except under the emergency order) as late as May of 2022. Several African countries have destroyed expired vaccines. Everyone is apparently desperate to get shot of these expired or expiring vaccines. Using an expired product adds yet another unknown. It could be more safe, if totally inactivated, but it could also be more dangerous. It’s another unknown. Apparently, only if the vial says Comirnaty will you be able to sue BioNTech, for vaccine injury. At some future date there might be some other legal action that can be taken – such as for fraud.

There has never been a general federal vaccination requirement, and, until recently, President Joe Biden opposed adopting one… On September 9, 2021, however, he switched gears…. Earlier this week, Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) met with Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network, to discuss their lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate on American small businesses.  

Rep. Hern previously announced his intent to pursue both legislative and legal actions against Biden’s executive order directing the Department of Labor to force the COVID-19 vaccine on businesses with 100 or more employees. Rep. Hern voted against funding for the Department of Labor earlier this week, as he promised to do, to prevent the Department of Labor from implementing Biden’s executive order. 

“President Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate is already causing hardship on millions of hardworking Americans facing the terrible decision to receive a vaccine they do not want or lose their livelihoods,” said Rep. Hern. “The federal government has no right to put this mandate on the shoulders of small businesses and their employees, which I intent to prove in court in partnership with the Job Creators Network. Biden’s mandate is an undue burden on businesses, especially small businesses, at a time when job creation is essential. Businesses are having a hard enough time hiring as it is; we should be empowering job creators to hire new staff and grow their businesses.”

Several African countries have said they don’t want expired vaccines and are giving almost expired vaccines to neighboring countries or destroying them.
