Why call the current US administration complicated names like authoritarian or totalitarian or banana republic!? Does it matter if the Biden Administration is neo-fascist or neo-Stalinist!? This regime seems to literally have both old fascist and Stalinist ties.
Throwing people in jail for many months, who are supposed to be presumed innocent, pending trial, is a dictatorship.
This is especially true when it’s the political opposition.
So too Biden’s record number of Executive Orders and his vaccine mandate.
Let’s stop playing games. Whatever Covid-19 is, it’s not smallpox. Covid-19 is not anywhere close to as deadly.
Plus, when we were given smallpox vaccines as babies and school children, we didn’t have vaccine passports to go places outside of school.
And, now the US gov has decided that the smallpox vaccine is too dangerous, while allowing people to bring the related monkey pox into the country from Nigeria. The smallpox vaccine has a very long track record, unlike the experimental Covid-19 vaccines.
They’ve decided that unvaccinated Americans are a problem, but unvaccinated foreigners bringing measles and Covid-19 and other sorts of parasites and blocking up the hospitals are simply fine. Notice, they, the Biden Regime, have decided. Viruses are parasites, but they are bringing in the creepy crawly varieties, as well.
The 6th Amendment Gives the Right to a Speedy & Public Trial, Impartial Jury, Defence Counsel, etc. Gates Foundation funded NPR classifies this as an “far right” idea.
US Constitution Amendment VI: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

Even if you don’t know the US Constitution, the Bible tells you not to forget these Americans who are languishing in prison.

In Sabatini’s historical novel about the English Monmouth Rebellion in the 1600s, the accused were kept for two months in pre-trial detention: “I am guilty of nothing to justify any of those words I have heard used to describe me, unless it be of a want of patience at having been closely confined for two months and longer in a foetid gaol with great peril to my health and even life…” (Dr. Peter Blood) Many of those who protested on January 6, 2021 have been kept far longer. Some are still in pre-trial detention for over 9 months. https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2021/09/12/rule-by-a-cruel-tyrant-excessive-pretrial-detention-unfair-trial-captain-blood
