As has been documented in previous posts, Samuel Pisar was Biden Secretary of State Tony Blinken’s stepfather. At around age 9, Blinken moved to Paris when his mother married Pisar. Leah Pisar is Blinken’s half-sister. Pisar was an international lawyer who took business people to the Soviet Union (USSR) to do business. He was the lawyer and friend-confidant of Robert Maxwell (Ghislaine’s father). He also acted as a liaison in Paris for Jeffrey Epstein, according to Le Parisien.
Pisar seems to have been a very important, and maybe the main, liaison between western business people and the USSR. He seems to have been the person who took Steve Jobs to the USSR in 1985. That his stepson recently prostrated himself before Putin and former Stasi agent, Matthias Warnig, by allowing the Nord Stream 2 pipeline to move forward, should come as no surprise. That his stepson appears to have sold out the United States in Afghanistan should, perhaps, not come as a surprise, either. He allowed Putin to get his vengeance in Afghanistan.
According to Luke Dormehl in Cult of Mac, Steve Jobs met Vice President George H.W. Bush in Paris, where he discussed “the idea that distributing Macs to the Russian people could help provoke “revolution from below.” Steve Jobs went to Moscow in July of 1985, shortly after Gorbachev came into power. He went to Paris before going to Moscow. Apple II had just been launched in Russia. See: “Today in Apple history: Steve Jobs visits the Soviet Union”, by Luke Dormehl, July 4, 2020, Cult of Mac, https://archive.md/7HN3E
In 1982, the New York Times described Blinken’s step-father, Samuel Pisar, as “a Paris-based international lawyer specializing in Soviet trade…” In that article, Samuel Pisar called the USSR “the last new commercial frontier.’ It offers the West raw materials while needing Western machinery and factories. The huge scale of Soviet industrial projects particularly suits big American corporations.” See: “Despite East-West Chill, Trade May Grow” By Paul Lewis, Dec. 5, 1982, New York Times https://archive.md/fnMSp#selection-489.622-489.700
Pisar apparently operated at a very high level: “Samuel Pisar, an international lawyer who accompanied Hammer and his wife to Moscow, said in a telephone interview from his home in Paris that he had no knowledge of any cash briefcase or other or other manipulations involving the Goya but recalled vividly the tears in the eyes of the Soviet President, Leonid Brezhnev, as he accepted the Lenin letters.” See: “Armand Hammer’s Maze of Skulduggery“, Oct 14, 1996 The New York Times https://archive.md/CsEXR
In 1972, the New York Times reported: “Samuel Pisar, an international lawyer and expert on EastWest trade who has been virtually commuting to Moscow recently on behalf of major banks and corporations that are his clients… we are all pro‐East‐West‐trade people who always wanted normalized relations and still do.” See: “Many U. S. Jews Are Torn Over Trading With Soviet”, By Marylin Bender, NYT, Oct. 16, 1972 https://archive.md/Dbkgp
“How did Occidental Petroleum negotiate seven agreements with the Soviet Union?” Our Chairman of the Board, Dr. Armand Hammer, and Mr. Pisar went to Russia in early 1973, and as a result of these early visits, negotiated what we in Occidental call a global agreement.” See: Guffey, A. (1976). “Some Experiences of Occidental Petroleum in Negotiating Cooperation Agreements in the U.S.S.R“. The International Lawyer, 10(1), 41-44 https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/216912102.pdf
“FOREIGN AFFAIRS; Soviets Buy American”, The New York Times, May 10, 1989 “In what he calls “the cola wars,” the international lawyer Sam Pisar got special rights for Coca-Cola to supply the 1980 Moscow Olympics…” https://archive.md/n3Ofq

According his obituary in The Scotsman, Samuel Pisar was “the longtime lawyer and confidant” of Robert Maxwell. He “was one of the last people to speak to Maxwell, by phone, probably an hour before the chairman of Mirror Group Newspapers fell off his luxury yacht the Lady Ghislaine on 5 November, 1991…“ Interestingly, Pisar’s obituary said that after World War II he was a “black marketeer and self-described “hooligan” in the American-occupied zone of Germany.” He apparently stole cigarettes and coffee from American troops and sold them to Germans, and made enough money to buy a BMW motorbike. An aunt helped send him to Australia “to mend his reckless ways”. He stated that if he had remained in Europe, he “might have become a terrorist or gangster.” See: “Obituary: Samuel Pisar, lawyer and holocaust survivor Born 18 March, 1929, in Bialystok, Poland. Died: 27 July, 2015 in Manhattan, New York City, aged 86” By Phil Davison https://archive.md/4hJ0W And, so, did he “become a terrorist or gangster” when he returned to Europe?
Centre Mondial Informatique et Ressource Humaine (The World Center for Computer Science and Human Resources):
The World Center for Computer Science and Human Resources was a French research center, which operated from 1981 to 1986. It was founded by Jean-Jacques Servan-Schreiber (JJSS) and initially headed by Nicholas Negroponte for one year. Nicholas Negroponte was a co-founder of the MIT Media lab: “Nicholas Negroponte, one of the creators of the MIT Media Lab, said at a town hall-style meeting on Wednesday he had recommended taking the money from Epstein, who killed himself in jail in New York this month while awaiting trial on federal charges”. https://www.theguardian.com/education/2019/sep/05/jeffrey-epstein-mit-media-lab-funding-nicholas-negroponte
The MIT Media lab was formed in 1985. MIT received at least $800,000 from Jeff Epstein: “Over the course of 20 years, MIT received approximately $800,000 via foundations controlled by Jeffrey Epstein. All of those gifts went either to the MIT Media Lab or to Professor Seth Lloyd. Both Seth and Media Lab Director Joi Ito have made public statements apologizing to Jeffrey Epstein’s victims and others for judgments made over a series of years.” https://news.mit.edu/2019/letter-regarding-jeffrey-epstein-and-mit-0822 $225,000 of this apparently went to Seth Lloyd, which would mean that $575,000 went to the MIT Media lab: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seth_Lloyd
Since Biden’s Secretary of State Blinken was in the Obama Administration and his sister in the Clinton (and maybe Obama) Administration(s), we can add Obama and Clinton to the list. Pisar worked for JFK, so we can add him in there too. John Negroponte was the first Director of National Intelligence, under George W. Bush. He is the brother of the MIT Negroponte whose computer center took around $800,000 from Jeff Epstein.
Samuel Pisar and Jean-Jacques Servan-Schreiber (JJSS), who founded France’s magazine named “L’Express”, were close friends. JJSS was the godfather of Pisar’s daughter Leah. Leah is the half sister of Biden’s Secretary of State Tony Blinken. She currently serves on the board of Alliance Francaise, which is supposed to be a cultural arm of the French government. However, with her on the board, il faut faire gaffe (you had better be careful).
JJSS and Blinken step-father Pisar came up with the concept of the World Center for Computing and Human Resources together, according to Blinken’s half sister, Leah Pisar. It opened right after state socialist Francois Mitterand took office. They used it to bring top computer scientists and roboticists to Paris. These included Nick Negroponte of MIT, Raj Reddy of Carnegie Mellon, Allan Kay, and Steve Jobs, as well as many others. Jobs apparently spent a lot of time or stayed with the Pisars because Leah Pisar said that Jobs was “practically camping out at their house” (“campait pratiquement chez nous”). Their idea was to put a computer in every classroom.
Pisar was apparently an advisor to Mitterand, as well:
“Mitterrand invited the Communist Party into his first government [1981], which was a controversial decision at the time. In the event, the Communists were boxed in as junior partners and, rather than taking advantage, saw their support erode. They left the cabinet in 1984. Early in his first term, he followed a radical left-wing economic agenda, including nationalisation of key firms, but after two years, with the economy in crisis, he reversed course.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/François_Mitterrand
According to the French version of Wikipedia, the Centre Mondial Informatique et Ressource Humaine [The World Center for Computer Science and Human Resources]: The World Center for Computer Science and Human Resources was a French research center, which operated from 1981 to 1986. It was founded by Jean-Jacques Servan-Schreiber (JJSS) and initially headed by Nicholas Negroponte for one year. It was located at 22 avenue Matignon, in Paris in the 8th arrondissement. This very specialized research center, supported by François Mitterrand and Gaston Defferre, had a display for the general public in the entrance hall. Everyone, especially children, was invited to come and learn programming in Logo programming language.
Activities
The main objective was to introduce the use of computer tools in all areas of society, starting with children [1]. One of the goals of the CMI was to enable Africa to skip the industrialization stage and go directly to digital [1]. JJSS presented this idea to the UN in 1985 where he discussed the Computer Revolution and the problem of Development [2]. This idea was pursued by several people like Nicholas Negroponte in Ethiopia [3].
The computer equipment used was of both French and foreign origin, but with special collaboration with Apple [4,5].
Many enthusiasts from the beginnings of microcomputing passed through there. A great open-mindedness allowed, after opening hours to the public, for some to share this passion.
Richard Matthew Stallman, the founder of the Free Software Foundation who was at MIT at the time, worked at the CMI premises. The CMI recruited famous computer scientists: Seymour Papert [6], Alan Kay, Raj Reddy, Henri Gouraud, Patrick Baudelaire in particular [7]. The secretary general, Jacques Gualino, was himself an IT specialist [8].
The CMI funded numerous applied research projects in computer science such as multimedia and artificial intelligence, and the use of computer science in medicine and agronomy.
Despite the arrival in Paris of several great researchers in computer science and some successes at the National Education and in agriculture, the Computer Center was a financial abyss, much criticized for its ineffectiveness by the scientific community and sanctioned in a report of the Cours des comptes. It was closed in 1986 after an audit report carried out by an expert in the computer industry.

Dimitrios Negrepontis (1915-1996) was a Swiss-Greek shipowner and an athlete, born on April 7, 1915 in Lausanne, Switzerland. He was the son of Ioannis Negrepontis, born in Taganrog, Russia and the descendant of the Chian Negrepontis (Chios-Negroponte) trading family, and Eleni Stathatou. He grew up in Davos, Switzerland and was orphaned at a young age. He settled in Athens and then in London, where he worked in the businesses of his father-in-law, Nikolaos Koumandaros, a shipowner, as well as those of Stavros Niarchos, the first cousin of his wife, Aikaterini Koumandarou. In 1939 he settled in New York, at the request of his father-in-law, where he remained until 1972, when he returned to London.
His children include Nicholas Negreponte, a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the creator of the $100 laptop, John Negreponte, Michelle Negreponte, filmmaker & university professor, and George Negreponti, painter. Based on https://el.wikipedia.org/wiki/Δημήτριος_Νεγρεπόντης

“He was ambassador to Honduras, where he adopted five children, in the late 1970s and early 1980s during the civil war in Nicaragua. He is accused at that time of having supervised the supply of arms and the training of the Contras, in struggle against the Sandinistas in power, part of whose income is used for secret interventions in Iran; which constitutes the scandal of the Iran-Contra affair which affects President Ronald Reagan during his second term (1984/1988)”. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Negroponte
“Negroponte was born in London, United Kingdom, on July 21, 1939, to Greek parents Dimitri John [el] (1915–1996) and Catherine Coumantaros Negroponte (1916–2000). His father was a Greek shipping magnate and alpine skier who competed in the 1936 Winter Olympics. Negroponte attended the Allen-Stevenson School and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 1956 and Yale University in 1960. He was a member of Fence Club (Psi Upsilon fraternity), alongside William H. T. Bush, the brother of President George H. W. Bush, and Porter Goss, who served as Director of Central Intelligence and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency under Negroponte from 2005 to 2006.[3]” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Negroponte
The 1936 Olympics were under Hitler and a few years before Hitler and Stalin made their pact (1939). Furthermore, the original communist Antifa worked with the Nazis to help bring down the Weimar Republic.
“At the beginning of the 19th century, Chios was the home of many merchant and ship-owning families, who earned great wealth by shipping grain from the Ukraine to western Europe and manufactured goods back from western Europe to the Ottoman Empire. These families, like most of the population of Chios, were of mixed Greek and Genoese descent”. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chian_diaspora
Negreponti family
Based on Wikipedia article (translation),
The Negrepontis family is an old, aristocratic [1] family of Greece, which flourished especially in the commercial sector at the end of the 19th century as a member of the so-called Chian network.
Members of feudalism during the Frankish rule in Greece, we meet them for the first time, in the 14th century, in Evia, owning large areas of land, especially in the “Barony of Chalkida” or “Negroponte” (from where they took their surname).
However, since the 16th century, some members of the family have settled in Chios where, occupying large areas, they are made by the powerful of the island. Members of the Council of Elders of Chios, are mainly engaged in trade and shipping, and thanks to their union with the other powerful families of the island, through trade agreements or marriages, they expanded their work abroad where its members settle creating new thriving commercial, shipping and banking companies.
After the Massacre of Chios, they also migrated, like many families of the island, to Syros, to Constantinople, and wherever else there is Parochial Hellenism, forming new branches.
The Negreponti family has always been a benefactor of Chios but also of the Paroikian Hellenism, while nine of its members have been honored with the Order of the Savior. [2] Its most famous members today are: Dimitrios Negrepontis, shipowner, Miltiadis Negrepontis economist and politician, Eleni Ourani, theatrical and literary critic, daughter of Miltiadis Negrepontis, and Nikolas Negreponte, professor at M.I.T…
Family members
The first reference of the adjective Negrepontis, concerns Pavlos Negrepontis, a resident of Chios in the 16th century, but without further details. On the contrary, his son, Ambrosios Negrepontis, is mentioned as the owner of the church of Panagia Pacheia in the Plain of Chios, while one of his sons, Ambrosios (Ambrosios) Negrepontis, is said to have been born in 1654 in Chios and died in 1674 in Rome, Italy.
Ambrosios (Pavlou) Negrepontis who died in 1732 married Aikaterini (Michael) Mavrokordatou and thus united the two aristocratic families of the island.
Despina (Tzanis) Negrepontis married Pavlos (Petrou) Rodokanakis and Angeliki (Tzanis) Negrepontis who died during the Massacre of Chios in 1822, Augustis Agelastos. Besides, Pantelis (Tzanis) Negrepontis united another strong family, that of Zizinia with Negrepontis, since he married Aikaterini (Stefanou) Zizinia.
