US Defense contractor Raytheon Tech’s Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors, Dinesh C. Paliwal, was born, raised and educated in India (His father was Ram Chandra Paliwal). Dinesh is on the U.S. India Business Council (USIBC). He was Economic Advisor to the Governor of Guangdong Province, China for three years (2003-2006). https://archive.is/ziZm9 His father “was a nationally renowned social leader” in India. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinesh_Paliwal

Paliwal appears a national security threat (past, present, and future). India has nuclear weapons, but lacks long-distance delivery systems and refuses to allow inspection of its military related nuclear sites.

People need to examine his relationship with China, as well. Has he helped China’s weapons program? A “threat is a potential negative action or event facilitated by a vulnerabilityhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Threat_(computer)

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) researches, develops, and manufactures advanced technology products in the aerospace and defense industry, including aircraft engines, avionics, aerostructures, cybersecurity, guided missiles, air defense systems, satellites, and drones. The company is also a large military contractor, getting a significant portion of its revenue from the U.S. government.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raytheon_Technologies

For three years, until “late 2006, Paliwal served as a director of the U.S. China Business Council and an economic advisor to the Governor of Guangdong Province, China” See: “Harman International Industries Names Paliwal as CEO, President and Vice Chairmanhttps://www.theautochannel.com/news/2007/05/09/047145.html https://archive.is/y1QEY

If the following is true, Raytheon Tech’s “diversity” training disparages both white and black Americans, as well as anyone who speaks English well, and Christians: Raytheon Tech’s “trainings also contain gross stereotypes about various groups, including the racial stereotype that black people as a group are ‘exhausted, frustrated, stressed, barely sleeping, scared, and overwhelmed.’ The guide also stereotypes white people, Christians, ablebodied individuals, straight people, and English speakers, as members of ‘privileged’ groups who have ‘the luxury to ignore … injustices.’ … Raytheon’s employee trainings appear to violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which forbids employers from discriminating on the basis of race or engaging in any activities that ‘limit, segregate, or classify’ employees…. Government contractors, as stewards of federal taxpayer dollars, have a special obligation to treat their employees equally, without regard for race. In fact, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act ensures that ‘no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin … be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” (US Senator Cotton, July 13, 2021) https://www.cotton.senate.gov/news/press-releases/cotton-demands-answers-regarding-raytheon-diversity-training

Latin Americans tend to be Christians. So, who does that favor? Foreign workers – especially the fake minorities “of color” from South Asia (e.g. India) – whether Hindu or Muslim; East Asia (e.g. China) – whether Atheists or Buddhists, and anyone else who is likely to speak English with a strong, incomprehensible, accent. The upper castes from India think they speak English, but they have their own distinct accent that the average American struggles to understand. Worse, it is a torment to our ears. Hear the upper caste Hindu (Tamil Brahmin) Google CEO here: https://youtu.be/mpfxsvBPWEs Paliwal’s English is so awful it makes the Google CEO sound better: https://youtu.be/n9Ji2V_sGvA

Based on his wife’s bio, and his awful English, he appears likely a Hindu Brahmin. The Brahmins have their own awful variant of English. Based on what we’ve read of similar histories (e.g. Congressman Ro Khanna) , the description of his father suggests that he probably was sympathetic to the USSR and/or communist China. However, it takes time to unearth these details: “Paliwal was born on December 17, 1957 in Agra, India as one of seven children in a family of modest means. He married Ila Sharma after attending University of Roorkee. Paliwal’s father, Ram Chandra Paliwal, was a nationally renowned social leader who worked closely with Mahatma Gandhi and other leaders in India’s freedom movement. He obtained an engineering degree with merit from the University of Roorkee (now renamed as the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee), India. He was later awarded a full scholarship to pursue advanced degrees in Engineering and Management at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA. Paliwal left India in 1981, but still visits frequently with his family and for business activities. His wife, son and daughter are all accomplished musicians.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinesh_Paliwal

This appears to be the case for many Brahmins who immigrated to the United States, as well. This appears to be a problem in China, too, with members of the Communist Party playing the role of the Brahmin caste:
When Brahmins became PM, 80 to 90% Brahmins were appointed into services without checking their educational capabilities etc. Only caste was kept in mind. While shouldering the responsibility of drafting the constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar made provisions of some safeguards. Now the Brahmins are not implementing the constitutional provisions and trying to make them ineffective. Now judiciary is also being utilized by them because it is under the control of Brahmins. Hence, judiciary’s interpretation goes in the interest of Arya-Brahmins.” See: “How Gandhi Established Brahmin Rule in Independent Indiahttps://velivada.com/2019/08/07/how-gandhi-established-brahmin-rule-in-independent-india/
