The entire purpose of this bill seems to be to destroy the United States, under a mountain of insurmountable, onerous, debt. Those of us who have studied debt crises know that structural adjustment-debt default is very ugly with devaluation of currency and no social welfare. It seems that too few in the USA have read about structural adjustment and debt crises. They want to get first hand experience like Latin America did.

US Senator Graham
THANK YOU. VOTE-A-RAMA IS UPON US. STAY HYDRATED. KEEP GOOD CHEER. WE’RE GOING TO HAVE LOTS OF AMENDMENTS TODAY AND KIND OF TALK ABOUT WHERE WE DIFFER ON CERTAIN THINGS, WHICH WILL BE GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY. WHAT I HATE THE MOST IS THAT WE’RE DOING A PARTISAN COVID BILL FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A NATION, AND I DON’T KNOW WHY. BECAUSE ON MARCH 5, 2020, 96-1, WE APPROPRIATED $8 BILLION WHEN WE BEGAN TO UNDERSTAND WHAT COVID IS ABOUT, MARCH 18, $355 BILLION, 90-8, MARCH 28, $1.9 TRILLION.

MARCH 5 TO MARCH 25, WE SPENT WELL OVER $2 TRILLION, THE AVERAGE VOTE, 96-1, 90-8, 96-0, APRIL, WE SPENT $355 BILLION, BY VOICE VOTE, SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, $8 BILLION, APPROVED 84-10, AND DECEMBER 21, 2020, 1.04 TRILLION, APPROVED 92-6. SO IT’S NOT LIKE WE CAN’T WORK TOGETHER ON COVID. YOU HAD A REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT, A REPUBLICAN SENATE AND A DEMOCRATIC HOUSE, AND WE WERE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER AS A NATION, BUT NOW MY DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES HAVE CHOSEN TO GO ANOTHER WAY BECAUSE THEY CAN. THEY HAVE ALL THE POWER. THEY HAVE THE SENATE, THE HOUSE, AND THE WHITE HOUSE. THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO DO A $1.9 TRILLION PACKAGE WITHOUT TRYING TO FIND COMMON GROUND.

90% OF THIS MONEY HAS ZERO TO DO WITH COVID, IT IS A — [NO AUDIO ] — IT MAKES ME BELIEVE IT IS. SO ANOTHER POINT FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OF ALL THE MONEY I JUST DESCRIBED TO YOU THAT WE APPROPRIATED IN A BIPARTISAN FASHION, WE HAVEN’T SPENT IT ALL YET, BUT WE’RE GOING TO SPEND A $1.9 TRILLION EVEN THOUGH WE HAVEN’T SPENT THE EARLIER MONEY. OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS, WE GOT STILL $200 BILLION LEFT TO SPEND, OF LEGISLATIVE APPROPRIATIONS WE APPROPRIATED $4.1 TRILLION, WE’VE GOT A TRILLION WE HAVEN’T SPENT BUT WE ARE GOING TO SPEND [APPROPRIATE] $1.9 TRILLION MORE BEFORE WE SPEND WHAT WE SPENT [APPROPRIATED] IN THE PAST.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE SET ASIDE $5.9 TRILLION TO HELP BUSINESS, THEY HAVE ONLY SPENT $2.8 TRILLION. SO THERE’S A LOT OF POTENTIAL THERE.

THE ECONOMY IS SHOWING SIGNS OF LIFE. THE — VACCINE IS OUT. THINGS ARE LOOKING BETTER.

IT LOOKS LIKE WE SHOULD SPEND THE MONEY NOT SPENT WISELY BEFORE WE EMBARK ON A $1.9 TRILLION SPENDING SPREE, MOST OF IT DOESN’T HAVE MUCH, IF ANYTHING, TO DO WITH COVID. THEY ARE DOING IT BECAUSE THEY CAN AND THERE WILL BE A LOT OF AMENDMENTS TALKING ABOUT BETTER WAYS TO SPEND THIS MONEY. THE MINIMUM WAGE HAS BEEN DROPPED OUT.

BUT HERE’S WHAT’S IN THIS BILL, $20 MILLION FOR THE PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF NATIVE AMERICAN LANGUAGES. THAT MIGHT BE SOMETHING WE WANT TO DO, BUT WE SHOULD GO THROUGH THE APPROPRIATIONS PROCESS, HAVING HEARINGS, NOT PUT IT ON A COVID BILL.

$135 MILLION FOR THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT OF THE ARTS. MAYBE SOMETHING WE WANT TO DO, BUT NOT ON A COVID BILL.

$135 MILLION FOR THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR HUMANITIES. AGAIN, THE SAME CONCEPT. $200 MILLION FOR THE INSTITUTE OF MUSEUM AND LIBRARY SERVICES. WHAT’S THAT GOT DO WITH COVID? NOTHING. P.P.P. LOANS FOR LABOR UNIONS, PAID LEAVE FUND FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, $86 BILLION BAILOUT FOR UNION PENSIONS. WHAT’S THAT GOT TO DO WITH COVID? NOTHING. $350 BILLION FOR BLUE STATES, WE CHANGED THE FORMULA UNDER THIS BILL, DRAMATICALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE WE PASSED 96-0.

SO, I COULD GO ON AND ON. MONEY FOR SCHOOLS, MOST OF THE MONEY IN THIS BILL, $129 BILLION FOR K-12, ONLY 46 BILLION IS SPENT THIS YEAR. MOST IS SPENT FROM 2022 THROUGH 2028. HOPEFULLY WE WILL — THIS IS TO SPEND MONEY ON THINGS NOT RELATED TO COVID BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO DO SO. IT’S GOING TO BE A LONG DAY. WE’RE GOING TO TALK ABOUT REPRIORITIZING MONEY. WE WILL TALK ABOUT STRIKING PROVISIONS FROM THE BILL.

MONEY FROM HARDWORKING TAXPAYERS, BEING SPENT IN A WAY UNRELATED TO COVID. SO STATE TUNED. KEEP OF GOOD CHEER. STAY HYDRATED. BUT THIS IS A DEBATE WORTH HAVING AND I REGRET VERY MUCH THAT WE COULD NOT FIND COMMON GROUND HERE. TO FIND IT, YOU HAVE TO SEEK IT AND THIS IS THE ONE AREA WHERE WE WERE DOING A PRETTY DAMN GOOD JOB, I THOUGHT, WORKING TOGETHER AS REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS, SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE THERE WAS A NEED OUT THERE. TODAY WE’RE GOING TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY, MOST OF IT NOT RELATED TO COVID AND IT’S GOING TO BE ALONG PARTISAN LINES. IT’S UNFORTUNATE, BUT IT’S A CHOICE MY DEMOCRATIC COLLEAGUES MADE AND WE’RE GOING TO HOLD THEM TO THAT CHOICE. WITH THAT, I YIELD THE FLOOR. They have to get the money someplace. So, get used to your taxes going up:
Democrats Just Snuck a $1 Billion Tax Hike on Workers Into Their COVID Bill A tax expert warned that IRS penalties ‘can destroy a person’s life’ and said many gig economy workers won’t be able to afford this sudden tax hike“. And, of course, Bernie Sanders is head of the budget committee. 🙄😡The Soviet Union, which he admired, crashed and burned under its debt. Things were great in Yugoslavia, while they were getting loans, but then the banks wanted their money back. Bernie wants to raise the minimum wage just enough to keep the working poor off of welfare and just enough to run surviving small businesses out of business. $15 hasn’t been a living wage for a long time, unless there is more than one worker in the household or the single worker has more than one job, or gets welfare benefits. Stopping immigration and deporting illegals is the best way to increase wages, but he’s for mass immigration now. Perhaps the solution is to make medium to large corporations pay $25 per hour and small businesses keep the current minimum. Then welfare, which is a business subsidy, is for small business. We don’t know how this would work out in the real world, however.

Bernie is for amnesty, which will put more on the welfare roles and drive down wages, especially as it attracts more illegal workers.

Bernie Sanders, the Most Useful Idiot” By PETER KIRSANOW February 25, 2020 10:57 PM https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/bernie-sanders-the-most-useful-idiot/ He forgot to mention that when Bernie Sanders went to the Soviet Union, he was already around 40 years old more or less.

Elections have consequences. Some are irreparable.

Approximately 90% of the bill is unrelated to Covid relief.

If even one US Senator would have opposed certification of all six states with apparent widespread voter fraud, this economic train wreck of an almost TWO TRILLION DOLLAR bill almost certainly wouldn’t be moving forward (The House vote to deny election certification would have been by state delegation, which was majority Republican.)

The vote to move the bill forward was 50/50 with Biden VP Kamala Iyer Harris giving the decisive vote. Kamala, whose uncle is a long-time advisor to the government of India on defense. Kamala’s uncle, in India, may be doing our foreign policy, since Kamala apparently doing Biden’s calls to foreign leaders. Kamala is an Iyer (Brahmin), who shouldn’t even have US citizenship, as she was born to two foreign non-immigrant students with no historic ties to the United States. Too bad she isn’t taking advice from her father. Her father appears to have long ago changed his economic viewpoint and he warned Jamaica against its debt burden. Jamaica ignored him and took out loans from China. Kamala only got her surname and good looks from her father, who had little to do with her upbringing.

First state officials, and the judiciary system, failed to take up their responsibility regarding the elections. It was the duty of the US Supreme Court to take up the Texas election case, and they failed. The US Senate was the final fail.

The United States is doomed due to Dem-wits, Demonrats, Neocons, and Wusses. It’s easy to get into debt but almost impossible to get out.
