Kamala Harris’uncle is Gopalan Balachandran: “It’s not a failure of the CIA,” said Indian nuclear researcher G. Balachandran. “It’s a matter of their intelligence being good, our deception being better.” See: “CIA searching for answers behind its India-Nuclear failure” Saturday, May 16, 1998 https://fas.org/irp/news/1998/05/may16_cia.html (Indian in this context means from India, not American Indian.)

Note that “our” refers to India, or possibly even himself. It doesn’t refer to the United States, where his sister was a researcher at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab site, his niece, and maybe his daughter lived. The family is close. Based on his writings and interviews, Gopalan Balachandran was, and is, India First. He proudly spoke of India’s deception of the United States. Less than 20 years later, he and his niece deceived Biden about who he really is. Now she sits on the US Senate Intelligence committee and is VP nominee. She could soon be one heartbeat from the US Presidency. Fool US once, shame on India; Fool US twice shame on US. If you are an American, and think that this is ok and don’t make a stink about it, you may get what you deserve. It’s not too late for Biden to replace her. She must be investigated.

Then Pakistan set off their nuclear weapons, acquired due to fears of India and its weapons. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pakistan_and_weapons_of_mass_destruction

And, the Tiger never changes its stripes.

India to the UN Security Council: There Will Be No Alliances, August 2, 2020 by Barbara Crossette, PassBlue https://archive.is/YWERI India’s foreign minister said earlier this month that India “will stay true to its founding tradition of nonalignment and not take sides with any big power, as reported in the article.

See Kamala deceive Biden at 2 min and 20 seconds, at her swearing in ceremony. Link: https://youtu.be/TxZsFy1Mk5k Kamala Iyer Harris told Biden that her uncle, Dr. Gopalan Balachandran, is a journalist and mathematician, which covers up his India Ministry of Defense and India government connections. India’s journalists have made his connections clear. Why hasn’t western media? https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2019/06/28/why-did-kamala-harris-lie-and-tell-biden-that-her-uncle-was-a-journalist-mathematics-when-he-advises-the-government-of-india-on-defense-especially-nuclear-matters/

When Kamala Harris was sworn in, in January 2017, her uncle was still writing papers for/advising the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), funded by India’s Ministry of Defence. He helped with a paper there as recently as May 2020.

Dr Gopalan Balachandran explained to India Today TV (August 12, 2020) that he communicates with Kamala through his daughter due to the possibility of email hacking: “so nobody can say she is influenced by her family in India… https://archive.vn/rNYGx

In the period when Dr Gopalan Balachandran was quoted speaking of “our [India’s] deception” of the CIA, his sister, Shyamala appears to have already been working at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, one of America’s original nuclear labs. While she was in life sciences, she was still there on site. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10219909/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_Berkeley_National_Laboratory

Both Kamala’s uncle Dr Gopalan Balachandran, and grandfather, PV Gopalan, have served as high ranking public servants for India, primarily serving the Congress Party, which was mostly Soviet allied. India has remained close to Russia.

Remember those walks on the beach with Grandpa Gopalan and his buddies? Grandpa died in early 1998, shortly before the nuclear weapons test, when she was already 33 years old.

And after the flurry of calls Balachandran received on the selection, he jokingly says he plans to print visiting cards saying “G. Balachandran, the favorite uncle of Kamala Harris.” “Kamala Harris’ Family in India Rejoices Over VP Pick ” By Anjana Pasricha August 12, 2020 10:04 AM VOA http://archive.is/1qFCU

Kamala clearly was NOT thoroughly vetted even though we put the info together over a year ago: https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2019/06/28/why-did-kamala-harris-lie-and-tell-biden-that-her-uncle-was-a-journalist-mathematics-when-he-advises-the-government-of-india-on-defense-especially-nuclear-matters/

Kamala Harris’ Uncle Called Russia “steadfast friends” even after Russia annexed Crimea. See: “The Big Picture – Has India-Russia relations been re-drawn?” Dec. 2014, 25.56 Gopalan Balachandran, Consulting Fellow IDSA speaking about possible sanctions against Russia in 2014 (Russia annexed Crimea):
Gopalan Balachandran: “Russia has been so far in all of our areas of strategic interest – not so much economics- very steadfast friends.”
Girish Nikam: “And we need to reciprocate.”
Gopalan Balachandran: “yea, while nodding.”

Her position on Kashmir is merely the most common one for the Congress Party, as opposed to Modi’s BJP. Both Kamala’s uncle Dr Gopalan Balachandran, and grandfather, PV Gopalan, have served as high ranking public servants for India, primarily serving the Congress Party, which was mostly Soviet allied.

Most members of the so-called Non-Aligned Movement, which includes Cuba, were for all practical purposes Soviet aligned.
India to the UN Security Council: There Will Be No Alliances, August 2, 2020 by Barbara Crossette, PassBlue https://archive.is/YWERI

India’s foreign minister said earlier this month that India “will stay true to its founding tradition of nonalignment and not take sides with any big power”, as reported in PassBlue. India will take a temporary seat on the UN Security Council for one year in 2021.

According to the article, “His comments dampen some official American hopes, fostered by four presidential administrations, that India may have been moving into Washington’s column in important areas of international policy and Security Council voting.”

India’s foreign minister, Jaishankar, apparently regarding the US government as “fragile” and the US in “decline” globally says: “It doesn’t affect us as much because we were never part of an alliance system and we will never be. But countries who depended more on the US are finding they have to take a call themselves on many issues.”

In 2011, David Malone, rector of the UN University in Tokyo and who served as Canadian ambassador to India, wrote “Does the Elephant Dance? Contemporary Indian Foreign Policy.”. He says that “While India has consistently been a (selective) rule taker in the multilateral system, it likely harbored a desire to be a rule maker and occasionally acted accordingly… Thus, while effusively committing itself to the UN Charter and the cause of peace, India forcibly evicted the Portuguese from Goa in 1961, adopted a militarily aggressive posture on the border issue with China in 1962, intervened in the East Pakistan conflict in 1971, annexed the Kingdom of Sikkim in 1975 and intervened in the Sri Lankan conflict in 1987… India has consistently championed disarmament at the UN, yet it has conducted nuclear tests twice and refuses to sign non-proliferation and non-testing treaties, advancing a variety of ‘principles’ that many countries — not just those of the West — find confounding to justify its actions.” See: “India to the UN Security Council: There Will Be No Alliances“, August 2, 2020 by Barbara Crossette, PassBlue https://archive.is/YWERI
