The earliest record that we have found, thus far, of Rayshard Brooks was arrest by the Atlanta Police Dept for “ARMED ROBBERY and ARMED ROBBERY KIDNAPPING WITH BODILY INJURY,” in 2010 (when he was a juvenile of 17). His criminal record continued up until this year: https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2020/06/15/atlanta-police-shooting-rayshard-brooks-out-on-parole-past-crimes-include-cruelty-to-children-family-violence-battery-theft-credit-card-fraud-more/ https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2020/06/16/rayshard-brooks-fugitive-warrant-extradition-december-2019/

Rayshard Brooks was a violent criminal and appears to have been a gang member. These look like gang members that Rayshard Brooks called “family” on his facebook page: http://archive.vn/E3woO They are dressed primarily in red, which suggests that they are some iteration of “Bloods” gangs. Most of the gangs in Atlanta are under the “Bloods”, according to law enforcement: https://youtu.be/AtZmaALS_RI

The hand sign in these photos may be the Almighty Vice Lords http://archive.vn/VsHxl, which are allied with Bloods gangs and with them under the People Nation umbrella. The red color suggest Bloods (blue is Crips). Here Rayshard has a red scarf, while doing a gang hand sign http://archive.vn/5Jhei Here Rayshard’s tattoos can be seen, along with the gang hand sign http://archive.vn/SGPOH His tattoos include a five point star, which is Bloods-People Nation. This diagram about the Almighty Vice Lords shows their colors as red and includes the five point star, as well as the same hand sign, that Rayshard and his apparent friends, which he called “family” used: http://archive.vn/VsHxl

The real kicker is the CNN photos, where Rayshard’s picture, in faux fur, is followed by Rayshard doing his gang hand sign in the gang color (red) hat over someone’s grave. He also has a necklace which seems to be a yet to be identified gang-related symbol (V and a backwards L?): http://archive.vn/PzC5N Why is he doing that gang hand sign over the grave? Did he murder that person? Trump is right on one thing – CNN is fake news. This failure to examine Rayshard’s past is one of the biggest cover-ups ever, especially since they have photo evidence.

CNN finally allowed an honest expert on air, but tried to put words in his mouth, to no avail: https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2020/06/18/black-georgia-sheriff-explains-that-rayshard-brooks-shooting-was-justified/

Apart from the more recent crimes, https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2020/06/15/atlanta-police-shooting-rayshard-brooks-out-on-parole-past-crimes-include-cruelty-to-children-family-violence-battery-theft-credit-card-fraud-more/
Rayshard Brooks has a record in the Fulton County jail, from 2010 – apparently as a juvenile offender, arrested by the Atlanta Police Dept, which includes “ARMED ROBBERY and ARMED ROBBERY KIDNAPPING WITH BODILY INJURY.” http://justice.fultoncountyga.gov/PAJailManager/JailingSearch.aspx?ID=400

If people pretend to be gang members then the Bloods tend to kill them, which along with his criminal record, adds credence to his being a real gang member. If he was pretending to be a gang member on social media, he probably would have been killed years ago. In NC: “two gang members shot and killed Kwamne Clyburn for “false claiming,” that is, claiming to be a UBN [United Blood Nation] member when he was not…https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdnc/pr/federal-indictment-charges-12-united-blood-nation-gang-members-racketeering-conspirac-0

Mayor Bottoms’ nephew through marriage, Darius Bottoms, is said to have been killed “in a case of mistaken identity — the suspects thought he was a fellow Bloods member with whom they were fighting”according to Southwest 11 Alive: http://archive.vn/D4OpE Was it really mistaken identity?

Why is she crying over Rayshard Brooks, who appears to have been a Bloods gang member? Why is she pretending that this guy was upstanding? Was her nephew a member of the Bloods gang? Or is she scared? Why is no leadership and no media pointing out who Rayshard Brooks really was? Someone who hasn’t even done research on the matter said they were wondering why someone who was supposed to be such a wonderful father was passed out in the Wendy’s drive-thru at 10.30 pm and not at home with their kids. Where is common sense? White leaders can’t say anything and many black leaders are calling the shooting of Rayshard Brooks unjustified, apparently without looking at the evidence. When black police officers tased black teens, they were fired and accused of potentially deadly force. But, when a dangerous criminal tases a police officer and the officer shoots the criminal, he may get the death penalty for murder. Officer Rolfe attempted to repeatedly tase Rayshard, to no avail. With apparently no taser cartridges left, Rolfe and the public were at risk with crazed Rayshard running around with a taser. [Update clarification note: Rayshard had Officer Brosnan’s taser, which was apparently still had two or three cartridges left, and which apparently could be used as a stun gun, as well.]

Mayor Bottoms knows that there are gangs running over Atlanta and her nephew was killed by them. Marc Morial, current head of the National Urban League, was a New Orleans politician when they had such a high murder rate, gang violence, and police corruption, and he even attended community meetings. So, he surely knows that honest and upstanding Black Americans suffer due to these gangs. Does she? And, even in New Orleans in the 1990s, apparently only about 10 or 12% of the police were corrupt: https://youtu.be/okgJVQ20ElY So why the move to damn all police? Clearly to facilitate gang control and/or military dictatorship. The Marcello family had lost control of New Orleans in the early 90s, so there was no one to cap the violence. Atlanta apparently never had an Italian crime family. Have the gangs infiltrated Atlanta area politics like the Italian mob did in other cities?

An important question is if the computer in his vehicle told Officer Rolfe that Rayshard Brooks had a history of violence. If so, did he call for backup which didn’t come? If not, why not? These are important questions that need to be answered.

Part of Rayshard’s record was easy to find on the Georgia Bureau of Prisons web site. There is the very damning record at the Fulton County jail web site, as well.

Probably many “Black Lives Matter” protestors are some sort of gang members. It is gangs who benefit most from lack of law enforcement. They can even incorporate themselves and get government and private foundation funding, as some gangs did in the past: “In 1970, two Vice Lord leaders, Alfonso Alfred and Bobby Gore, applied for a $275,000 grant from the Rockefeller Foundation. The Rockefeller Foundation approved the grant“. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almighty_Vice_Lord_Nation

An enemy’s enemy isn’t always a friend. Bloods and Crips hate each other, but hate law enforcement more. So, it shouldn’t be surprising: “Bloods and Crips unite during Atlanta Black Lives Matter protest“, AJC, 2016: http://archive.vn/JKL0a

Virginia law enforcement document (“Bloods Street Gang Intelligence Report“) explains that gangs put out hits on law enforcement.

See document here: https://info.publicintelligence.net/BloodsStreetGangIntelligenceReport.pdf

The following video is a rare one which calls out Rayshard as probably a gang member. However, they suggest that he is a member of the Crips, when all evidence points to Bloods or related gangs: “Rayshard Brooks Agenda Exposed“: https://youtu.be/s-ECCLo_F68

Excerpt from another case (in NC):
defendants were members of the “United Blood Nation,” a criminal enterprise commonly known as “UBN,” or the “Bloods.” The defendants operated as a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO), responsible for carrying out violent acts for the purpose of protecting and furthering the gang’s power, intimidating communities and rival gangs, enriching its members and providing financial assistance to incarcerated UBN members, and obstructing law enforcement from identifying and prosecuting other gang members.

As UBN members, the defendants operated according to a common set of Bloods’ rules, also known as “The 31,” followed the gang’s ranking system, used the communication codes and language affiliated with the gang, and used distinctive markings, tattoos and colors to indicate allegiance to the gang.   The defendants also regularly participated in gang meetings, during which they collected gang dues, planned actions against individuals suspected of cooperating with law enforcement, discussed the commission of crimes to include robbery and murder, and made plans to obstruct justice and to prevent the prosecution of other UBN gang members, among others…

The indictment further charges Cureton and Ahkeem McDonald with the murder of Kwamne Donqurius Clyburn.  According to the indictment, on or about August 22, 2013, the two gang members shot and killed Kwamne Clyburn for “false claiming,” that is, claiming to be a UBN member when he was not…” https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdnc/pr/federal-indictment-charges-12-united-blood-nation-gang-members-racketeering-conspirac-0

Disclaimer:  With the publicly available evidence we cannot be 100% certain that Rayshard was a gang member, but with the available evidence, we put the probability at 99.9%. We can, however, be certain that he was a criminal with a track record of violence.  He lived a violent life and he died a violent death. The criminal justice system appears to have been too lenient with him, based on the available evidence.  Perhaps this is why he apparently died unreformed.
