Comment: We need to make Affirmative Action-minority contract set-asides only for Americans whose ancestors were enslaved within the United States, and Native Americans. This would have an immediate impact. For half a century new immigrants arrive from all over the world and claim affirmative action-minority contract set asides. This is stripping African Americans of opportunity. It’s also stripping white Americans of opportunity.
