The case fatality rate of Covid-19 in France is 18.9%, i.e. 19%. That is, of those with Covid-19 in France, almost 20% (1/5th) have died. 37.5% of the deaths are in nursing-care homes. However, even if we were to ignore these deaths, the case fatality rate for Covid in France is insanely high. And, no one is talking about it, nor attempting to explain it. They have universal healthcare, i.e. “Medicare for All”.
