We would recommend against exercise in extreme heat due to the risk of heat exhaustion-heat stroke. REMEMBER THAT WALKING IS EXERCISE AND THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF BASIC STRETCHING. STRETCHING IS IMPORTANT. Beware classes that overwork beginners, as well as beware gurus.
