Call your Senators Thursday morning ASAP to oppose S386, which needs to have public hearings and be debated rather than rammed through: https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm?OrderBy=state&Sort=ASC. Beware that some groups are opposing S386 because they want all immigrants with STEM Masters or PhDs to be allowed to stay, which would really finish killing off opportunity for educated Americans in academia and elsewhere. https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2019/09/18/republicans-working-with-dems-to-support-effective-amnesty-for-temp-workers-from-india-call-your-senators-to-oppose-s386-demand-hearings-vote-may-happen-thursday-tomorrow/
Someone needs to challenge the 501(c)(4) nonprofit status of Immigration Voice. It is not working for the public good, but rather has been pushing legislation such as HR 1044 and S386, which is detrimental to both US workers (and foreign workers who are not from India). As can be seen, below, in its 2016 filing, everyone officially involved is a migrant from India or descends from migrants from India (most likely parents). They are apparently only hiring people from India/Indo-Americans to act as CPAs. In this filing it was Sanjiv Gupta, and according to their web site, it is currently Raj Patel.
The names in this filing are Dheeraj Kohli, who is listed as a director, working for 40 hours with no salary. Someone with the same name is listed as VP and Global Lead of Travel and Transport at Unisys. There is an FC Kohli who worked for Tata. There is a Himanshu Bharadwaj, listed as working 30 hours with no salary. There is a Nagaraj Damal; Jay Pradhan; Aman Kapoor, President; and Pratik DaKwala – listed as VP and Treasurer. They seem to be from merchant or Brahmin castes. Interesting, their office is located on Branham Lane, which makes one think of Brahmin. Most migrants from India to the United States are upper castes/dominant castes. Very few are from the Dalit (untouchable) castes.
If this is the same Dheeraj Kohli who works as VP at Unisys, then this appears arguably a front for Unisys, since he works 40 hours. We simply do not know. There is not enough information available. This should raise alarm.

Robert Hoffman has long been listed as serving on the Immigration Voice advisory board. Accenture hired Robert Hoffman as management director of government relations, North America, effective March 5, 2018. He had previously worked as VP of government relations for the Info Tech Industry Council (ITI) which reps over 50 tech companies. He has been listed as part of Immi Voice’s advisory board since at least 2012. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accenture
