Like Trump and minions, the Nazis hated the disabled and didn’t want to spent money to help and even killed them. Trump proposes slow death by starvation for many elderly.

Loser Trump gets F minus on moral test of government:
The moral test of government is how it treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the aged; and those in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.“, the late US Senator Hubert Humphrey. New Hampshire has the lowest poverty rate in the nation, but the Trump budget still will have a bad impact on it, as explained by Congresswoman Shea-Porter below. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_poverty_rate Trump is also trying to steal offshore oil revenues from mostly poor Gulf Coast states, lessening their ability to deal with the financial crunch still further: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-aims-to-scrap-gulf-coast-oil-royalties_us_592835d8e4b03296e2d1142d

Shea-Porter, Meals on Wheels Seniors Highlight Trump Budget Harms
March 20, 2017 Press Release
SOMERSWORTH, NH — Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter (NH-01) today hosted a roundtable discussion with Meals on Wheels volunteers, staff, and clients at the Strafford Nutrition Program’s Somersworth headquarters. The discussion highlighted how deep cuts in President Trump’s budget proposal would hurt New Hampshire communities. During the roundtable, Strafford Nutrition Program Director Jaymie Chagnon said that just a 3% cut in federal funding could lead to 2,500 fewer meal deliveries in Strafford County per year.

“We want everybody to come together, regardless of political party, age or income to say these are the programs that show our best face and show how we take care of each other,” Shea-Porter said. “Where they have gone for the cuts is deeply concerning.”

Meals on Wheels receives funding from state, county and federal government agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, which faces an 18% across-the-board cut in President Trump’s budget blueprint, and Community Development Block Grants, which the budget blueprint would eliminate.

The Strafford Nutrition Program (Meals on Wheels) provides hot, nutritious meals to senior citizens who are homebound or disabled. Surveyed New Hampshire seniors who receive Meals on Wheels say that for 53% of recipients, their home-delivered meal represents half of their food for the day. Meals on Wheels drivers deliver the meal directly to the client and ensure that the client is physically well. Drivers provide an essential sense of community for seniors who are homebound and contribute to their safety and wellbeing. For over half of the surveyed recipients, social interaction from the driver is as important as the hot mealhttps://shea-porter.house.gov/media/press-releases/shea-porter-meals-wheels-seniors-highlight-trump-budget-harms

Meals on Wheels is a program that delivers meals to individuals at home who are unable to purchase or prepare their own meals. The name is often used generically to refer to home-delivered meals programs, not all of which are actually named “Meals on Wheels”…https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meals_on_Wheels

Short summary article of the dangers of the Trump budget for the elderly:
Elderly may see drastic cuts in Medicaid, Medicare services
By Trudy Lieberman Rural Health News Service
Excerpt: “Stacy Sanders, federal policy director for the advocacy group the Medicare Rights Center, puts it this way: “Cuts of this magnitude will end Medicaid as we know it, putting older adults’ access to home and community-based long-term care, nursing home services and other essential supports in jeopardy.”… Other services seniors rely are also on the chopping block. The Trump administration’s budget calls for cuts in rental and heating assistance….” Read the article here:
