Area where the NNSA-Obama is having foreign plutonium and nuclear waste brought in to be later buried in America.
“In August 2015, a man was indicted for impersonating a federal law enforcement agent. He used a counterfeit Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) badge and credentials to enter the Naval Nuclear Training Command in South Carolina while armed with a Sig Sauer pistol.” (See more below and wanted photo)
This is near where the NNSA is bringing in foreign plutonium and nuclear waste. “Gap” is the US gov euphemism for foreign nuclear waste and old nuclear materials, which were made and used by foreign countries and which no one wants because they are dangerous and useless. They are to be diluted and buried in America, because it’s cheaper (and safer) for these foreign countries. The NNSA says: “The Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station offers a secure site that is conducive to transferring gap material plutonium from ships to transport vehicles. In addition to the restricted access, there are secure parking areas where the specially designed transporters can be staged prior to driving to the wharf for cargo loading (DOE 2003b).
The Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station supports M3 and routinely receives marine shipments of SNF. Since the program was established in 1996, over 60 SNF shipments have been received in the United States; most of these shipments were received at the Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (NNSA 2013). The SNF casks have been offloaded from ships to trucks or rail cars and transported to DOE facilities (DOE 2009a). In recent years, containers with gap material plutonium have also been received at the Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station.” http://nnsa.energy.gov/sites/default/files/nnsa/inlinefiles/Final%20Environmental%20Assessment_122315.pdf SNF is spent nuclear fuel. Who needs a murder mystery novel when there are the NNSA jokers? They need to rename themselves NNIA.
Wanted: Roberto Craciunica, a Romanian man believed to be residing in Germany (Click to enlarge)
ICE seeks public’s help in locating badge counterfeiter believed to be in Germany
In July 2013, a man was watching a movie at a theatre in Michigan, wearing body armor and carrying a firearm. When approached by police, he presented a counterfeit Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) badge and credentials.
In January 2014, a man attempted to gain access to the secure area of Reagan National Airport using a counterfeit CIA badge, but was prevented from doing so after Transportation Security Administration officers noticed inconsistencies with the man’s statements and credentials. In August 2015, a man was indicted for impersonating a federal law enforcement agent. He used a counterfeit Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) badge and credentials to enter the Naval Nuclear Training Command in South Carolina while armed with a Sig Sauer pistol.
All three of these situations have one thing in common; the badges and credentials originated from a German-based company called Master Equipment.
Master Equipment is operated by 34-year-old Roberto Craciunica, a Romanian man believed to be residing in Germany. Craciunica was indicted in October 2015 in the Eastern District of Virginia for a variety of charges related to manufacturing and distributing counterfeit badges, including trafficking in counterfeit goods; smuggling; and possession, sale or transportation of false seals. Interpol has also issued a Red Notice for Craciunica’s arrest.
From January 2010 to September 2015, Craciunica’s company, Master Equipment, manufactured and distributed counterfeit U.S. law enforcement badges from HSI, the CIA and the Federal Bureau of Investigation without authorization. Craciunica sold these badges through websites like http://www.badge-police. com and http://www.master-equipment. org. Craciunica and his co-conspirators instructed buyers to pay for the counterfeit badges by sending funds through Western Union and Paypal. They then shipped the counterfeit badges from Kaarst, Germany, to buyers in the United States. Individuals utilized the badges and credentials to impersonate federal agents and officers of the U.S. government, and in some situations, attempted to gain access to restricted areas.
As part of this investigation, HSI Washington, D.C., special agents seized counterfeit badges and seals purchased from Web domains operated by Master Equipment and Craciunica.
The Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority, the U.S. Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Marshals Service Headquarters Tactical Operations Division assisted with the investigation.
HSI reminds individuals that it is illegal to purchase and display law enforcement badges and credentials. If you have information on Craciunica’s whereabouts, please contact U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Tip Line at 1-866-DHS-2ICE or http://www.ICE.gov/tips ” https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/ice-seeks-publics-help-locating-badge-counterfeiter-believed-be-germany (Emphasis our own. The DOJ published something similar on April Fool’s, but this ICE article is dated March 30th.)
If someone is able to replicate their badges, there is a problem already.
The man was indicted in 2015 but we don’t know when he entered. Meanwhile Obama just brought in plutonium which was safely located in Swiss vaults at a gated research center (PSI) near Zurich. The Japanese plutonium appears to have been at Japan’s research center, which has a double fence, one of which has razor wires, and there are cameras. The Japanese plutonium is currently en route. Who knows what else? 200 tonnes of German nuclear waste may still be brought in, unless German environmentalists with BUND (FOE) and Greenpeace follow through with their promised lawsuit.
NOTE: The parent company for SIG Sauer is Swiss Arms based in Schaffhausen-Neuhausen am Rheinfall, on the German side of the Rhine. Many of the companies in Schaffhausen-Neuhausen am Rheinfall in Switzerland played an important support role for the Nazi Third Reich. They were thus strategically bombed by the USA in WWII. The US pretends it was an accident because it was illegal to bomb a “neutral” country. Now SIG belongs to a German company: “SAN Swiss Arms AG is a Swiss manufacturer of small arms. It was known as SIG Arms AG before 2000 when it was acquired by the German investors Michael Lüke and Thomas Ortmeier from parent company Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft (SIG). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_Arms https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SIG_Sauer
“Due to Swiss restrictions on the export of military weapons, SIG entered into a relationship with the German company J.P. Sauer & Sohn in order to allow SIG access to the world firearms market“.
