Nuclear Power Nuclear War Everyday JFK quote

There is such a thing as too late. We are standing on the threshold of too late. https://miningawareness.wordpress.com/2015/01/19/standing-at-the-threshold-70-years-of-nuclear-is-enough/ At any moment a nuclear disaster as big or bigger than Chernobyl or Fukushima may occur. Those currently involved in legal action re the current/recent crimes of the nuclear industry need to get moving and stop dragging their feet. It’s been many months now. If the lawyers continue to drag their feet, the technical experts need to make the information public. It can be anonymous. This is an emergency. Let’s shut the nuclear industry down now! Hurry Up! 70 plus years is too much already! Just As Above Ground Nuclear Testing was Stopped, So Too Must Leaking of Radionuclides from the Nuclear Fuel Chain Be Stopped.

Please vote for Bernie Sanders, if you are registered Democrat or have open primaries. He is the only major candidate with both a track record of calling for nuclear safety and who promises to put a moratorium on nuclear power. Anything else doesn’t matter and can be fixed later. If you are registered Republican, the only anti-nuclear candidate seems to be Stephen Comley: http://www.stephencomleysr.com/about/ He has refused to remain silent about the crimes of the USNRC-nuclear industry for decades. Please educate people about him and his Presidential Campaign. Perhaps he can be the VP for Sanders and put in charge of shutting down nuclear as safely as possible. They are both really independents.

Even from a statistical point of view they keep discovering that nuclear is more deadly than initially thought. For those who missed it:
Shows that risk is around 15 times worse than BEIR VII thought, and maybe higher.

Too funny to pass up:

Nikki Haley wants plutonium out of South Carolina, both US and foreign. Yet, she wants to make more. Kris Singh-Holtec has been both campaign donor and is from the same part of India as her father and she calls him a family friend. Holtec appears to have been first founded as a concrete company in India, before Kris Singh went to study in America. It is arguably a foreign firm. “We have a tremendous opportunity to be a global leader in nuclear technology by developing the nation’s first small modular reactors,” said South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. “Holtec International is a highly competitive firm in SMR technology, and we are excited to partner with them.http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/nuhub-state-of-south-carolina-announce-exclusive-partnership-with-holtec-international-to-compete-for-up-to-226m-department-of-energy-award-198968741.html

She’s also taken campaign monies from AREVA, who was building the MOX processing facility. She may be playing hardball because it was cancelled.

Salopards in Paris to help destroy America’s few remaining forests; pollute their own air with smoke: “American wood to heat homes in Paris“, says Reuters. That means TREES. American forests to be destroyed to heat homes in Paris. Europe still thinks that America is its property to exploit and destroy with mining, deforestation and dumping of nuclear waste. Many Europeans haven’t even figured out yet that smoking is bad for you – can’t stand clean air it appears (or trees). France has largely banned smoking but I guess they miss it and wish to have wood smoke to replace it. Some other countries keep the cigarettes and chimneys puffing smoke constantly.

Old growth forest was taken from America to rebuild Europe after Europe’s wars – e.g. World War I and probably earlier wars (e.g. Franco-Prussian war). If few US citizens are fighting this exploitation, perhaps it’s because the US government has been letting in too many immigrants who come only to exploit, rather than refugees, and not vetting its new citizens. Not PC but the truth.

A non-tree source of toilet paper needs to be made widely available and not trees senselessly destroyed for heating. America needs its trees to protect against hurricanes and tornadoes, as well as to protect against weather extremes. Forests are homes to animals, too. Of course, what do Parisians know about trees, plants or animals – Rien de rien sauf les caniches (poodles)! French poodles and German shepherds aren’t found in forests but lots of nice animals are found in forests, but Parisians don’t know or understand that.

Fukushima and Chernobyl still dangerous for people – duh. Even robots have problems at Fukushima.

Two different ways to fight polluters in Pennsylvania and Peru.
